Fantastically cheap and cheerful. The staff were so nice and helpful. This is not a hotel, it's a student residence that appears to be used outside school term as accommodation. The room s are small but very functional. A small kitchen area for making quick meals or reheating food. Do not expect the Ritz, and you will be pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews unless the mood hits me, and this place made the mood hit me. It was modern, clean and right next to a bus shelter for direct access to the city. I would definitely stay again, if in Santander for a night or two, however, it is a bit of a distance from the centre, with very little around it, in terms of shopping or restaurants. If you prefer to be close to the centre, this is not for you.

It was a bit of a drain to get to the centre. The bus shelter is directly outside, buses seem infrequent to the area, but arrived on time, when scheduled. During the day, traffic was heavy, meaning quick trips into the centre became longer ordeals. Again, for the price I paid, this is to be expected.

A comfortable bed, new furniture, kitchenette - it had all I needed for my stay (a two-week course at the university). The location is good, close to various bus stops, you get to the beach in 20-25 min. A calm neighbourhood, a couple of supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Personally, I was not bothered about the fact that certain things like a hand soap, washing-up liquid or a sponge were missing, I knew about it from the reviews, so I just brought (and bought) what I needed myself. So it's not a negative point for me, just mentioning it for others to know what to expect.

Apartment had 3 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, towels provided. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was functional - had some pots, plates and cutlery. Close to transport links and supermarket. The views from the balcony were pretty. Quiet area.

Kitchen - no washing up liquid, hand wash, mugs or kettle. The supermarket isn’t far so can buy sponges and washing up liquid. Bathroom - only given one sachet of shampoo and shower gel which wasn’t enough. I suppose if I asked for more they may have provided it but we had brought our own so it was okay.

The studio room was great. Big and comfortable bed, bathroom and a small kitchen. There were no cups or a kettle in the kitchen, but I managed without them. Everything was kept nice and clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The location was ok. It took about half an hour to walk to the centre, which wasn't a problem for me. I didn't use the public transport at all, so can't comment on that. Overall, I think this accommodation was a very good value and I can recommend it.

Maybe the kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but it wasn't a huge issue.

New, modern block, excellent value for money and comfortable. It’s student accommodation that lets out rooms to visitors, so expect basic but fully functional. There’s a gym and a laundry that you can use. Comfy beds and clean. And there’s a refectory open Monday to Friday on the ground floor where you can get a reasonably priced meal. Perfect for travellers on a budge, or for who, like us, don’t really appreciate the fussiness of a hotel. Bit of a walk into the centre but we don’t mind that at all. In fact, we prefer it.

The only thing to pick up on really is that the kitchenette is poorly equipped, with not really enough utensils to make a meal. Only a couple of pans, no frying pan and no cups or mugs. Luckily we weren’t going to eat in anyway.

The dorm is more comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful. The place is near to transportation specially bus stations. I would like to thank all the staff. But, I have a main note, if you need to clean your room or if you need shampoo , you should require from them. Thanks 🙏

Stayed for 4 days, the building is in a quiet area and neighbourhood, the room was clean, easy public transport and walking distance to shops and town (30- 45 mins max), WiFi worked well, simple amenities were included in the room

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the central cooling/ AC wasnt very effective so struggled to sleep during the hot nights, there were non clean dishes in the cupboard

Very comfortable hotel/student house near Santander airport. Useful when your flight arrives at night and you need a 24 hour human reception. The room was beautiful with kitchen, microwave and fridge. Large very clean bathroom with towels. Parking a bit complicated in the meanders at night.. But very comfortable+++

It was great having a self contained unit complete with kitchenette. They also had a gym and a laundry for use.

The staff weren’t very helpful when I asked about taking the bus they just wished me good luck! Oh and if you want to use the kitchen you’ll have to pay 2.50 for a pack with detergent and cloth.

Very comfortable room, would be great for a longer stay. convenient for the airport, and there are shops right next to it. big room with a good view, and everything you need fkr cooking etc

location wasnt the best if you are looking for acsess to city centre, but still easily acsessible by bus or walking
