I liked the location. It had parking place, the local train that goes to Santander is about 20 mins by walk. As we went there in November, there were not many people around., so it was really quite. When we had any issue with the facilities, we just made a call, and someone came to help in 15 mins. There are a lot to see in the surrounding. Nice walk to the see coast on both side of the river. Supermarkets are about 10 mins away be car. The heating made it really comfortable. Beds were ok, kitchen was equipped, we just had a good time there. There is also a laundry colose by- also the apt has washing machine.

It is not a fancy apartment, but for the price it has a good value. If you go there without a car could be a bit more difficult to approach.

Wi-Fi only worked in the main building foyer. Noise travelled easily from adjacent apartments.

The Apartamentos Dunas de Liencres offered a spacious and comfortable apartment with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The room itself was a real plus, providing ample living area.

There were a coupel of minor inconveniences. The room required a keycard to be inserted for the electricity to function. Which meant the water heater wasn't initially turned on, resulting in a wait for hot water for showering. Additionally, the location of our apartment. It was situated quite far from the main reception area where the dining, pool, and laundry facilities were located. Unfortunately, this distance prevented us from taking full advantage of those amenities.

Comfortable bed, towels changed

3 bed Flat for 6 persons had kitxhen dining and living too small. The pool was poorly maintained e.g. grouting, dirt on bottom, no poolside chairs The nearby road had an elevated bridge with sound in flat throughout the night One side of.buikding was.poorly.maintained from outside and had a ugly part built.building with grafiti

it was a roof over our head is the only positive we booked for a month lasted a week

not what we expected, no toilet paper had to go and buy our own apparently not included after a week asked for fresh towels and were told to wash the ones we had and the sheets off the bed. it said tea and coffee appliances but what we got was a saucepan. the unit was about 1k from reception down a huge hill no help with luggage to get there as we arrived in uber and it had left they offered nothing, next day tried to call cab to go out but reception never answered we had to walk back up hill, i was recovering from heart attack so not happy and my sister from knee surgery. you really need your own car if you are going to stay here i would recommend you pay a little extra and stay closer to the beach.

So, the first shock, aside from the fact that it's a pretty awful building where you're a bit scared to walk down the hallway (similar to an old student dorm), came when I opened the door to the room. I was hit by a brutal cigarette smell. I seriously considered sleeping on the balcony instead. Though the balcony was small and didn't have any seating. It's also great that they have a pool in the photos, which is why I booked the place (it was early October but still 25 degrees)... The pool is indeed in the photos, but you can't use it because it's not functional. They could at least mention that in the description. Finding someone else's hair on the shower hose doesn’t exactly add to the comfort either. But for the price was ok.
