Super helpful/ friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with various hot and cold options. Hotel has been renovated fairly recently and is tastefully decorated. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities on site with swimming pool, water park, bike hire, and kids club. Location convenient to access everything in CB - although it’s not right next to the beach, the hotel is WAY better than the beachside hotels which are very basic. Good value for money overall.

Bed was a bit too hard

The hotel was exceptional as we cant wait to go back… Reception staff where all amazing especially Alvaro at reception who made sure that are needs were meet he was awesome!!! from the lifeguards who were all very attentive, to the restaurant staff also at the pool bar you guys are all incredible and thanks for an amazing holiday

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Overall very good.

Having to pay extra money for the safe was a bit disappointing considering the price of the room. Also there is no parking available with the hotel. Well there is but it is so small it was fully booked. A small table with the patio would have been nice as well.

Great overall experience, staff was very friendly and helpful, The buffet was good especially the dinner, aquafun was nice and not crowded. The lobby and common areas are big and clean, the bar was good as well

Some small things that they could improve (but there are tons of good things I didn't write so I don't see it as negative, overall it is very good): - I missed being able to prepare coffee or tea in the room by myself and need to ask the bar, a microwave or a coffee machine would have fixed that - room floor cleaning could be improved, we had a small dead insect on the floor for a week (I didn't remove it on purpose) and it was there when we left. But in general it was good, they changed bed sheets and towels when needed and had some nice details. - I'd add a water tap in the buffet so you are not forced to buy bottled water if you only want to drink water

What I didn’t like was that paying the all inclusive u had to wait in a queue of 20 mins by the pool each time i needed a drink or food , when there was only 2 very kind people like all the staff , but one with till ( when there was 2 tills ) and one serving drinks ,

perfect stay with kids 4 and 6 yrs. All you need.

Smokers should be separate from non smokers. Both neighbors balconies was smoking like hell… could not open windows. Pet lovers - why shall we listen your barking dog at 6-7 am ?! Put them together with the smokers - separate.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful in all departments 👏👏👏. Nice and quiet location. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Breakfast and dinner highly recommended with barbecue every evening and good variety of food.

We loved the waterpark, even though in May it's still a bit cold and it was closed on Monday. The beds were really big and quite comfy. There are a lot of activities and swimming pools for kids.

The rooms need some refurbishment. The balcony was dirty (pigeon poop etc).

Would have been nice to have a pool with more sun beds around as majority of beds where at the aqua park.

We didn’t know the waterpark was open to the public and there were very limited sun beds during the weekend in the waterpark
