It has three pools, super comfortable rooms, is close to the beach, is not noisy at all, and the staff is great.

During breakfast, people were still eating, and the staff preferred to turn the lights off instead of asking people to finish because they needed to close. That wasn't nice.

Very friendly accommodating staff, went out of their way for their guests! One young lady at reception ran down the road after us with our sunscreen and the same lady gave us great advice and recommendations when we went into Palma.

We asked to be moved after our first night, as we were disturbed by noise this was not an issue and was dealt with easily.

I loved the location — it was absolutely perfect, just steps from the beach with everything we needed close by. The staff were amazing and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel and the rooms were bright, clean, and generally very comfortable. There was also a modern clean, atmosphere throughout, which really added to the holiday feel.

The only downside was that the mattress style wasn’t to our personal preference, as it was memory foam and not as comfortable as we would have liked. We also found that some guests played personal music quite loudly after midnight, which echoed around and made it a little harder to fully relax late at night.

Lovely hotel,great location & excellent choice for breakfast,catered for my gluten free requirements with no problem & staff were helpful & knowledgeable at front desk & bar too.Loved my room for one person & balcony was spacious. The reviews of the hotel don’t do it justice!

Shower was cold & I didn’t mention it until my last day but when I did it was fixed. There was a slightly off smell in the room,even after the cleaner had been in.Could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly day to day

Very modern, calm and beautiful boutique style apartment, I was a solo traveler and booked the single room it was very small but I was only there 4 nights so was fine, bed was comfy and staff were very friendly

No entertainment on an evening with being a solo traveler and not wanting to go out alone on a night due to lots of groups of men it would of been nice to have some entertainment, but I wouldn’t let this effect my decision on coming again

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved being so close to the beach Dinner in the restaurant was great for evenings we didn't want to head out

I slept in an extra bed in our room which wasn't very comfortable

The hotel staff were fantastic both in terms of making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also going above and beyond helping my friend who lost her phone outside of the hotel when we were in Palma. The hotel is well designed and had a lovely atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Not a reflection on the hotel which was a lovely calm place, but the beach strip located by the hotel was very busy and didn't have good quality restaurants and cafe's, it is more a young persons party strip.

The location is so beautiful and very close to airport! The staff are so polite and friendly. The views from the room is amazing, the food is great!

They don’t change the bedcovers or pillow covers! I’ve noticed a stain on them the first night although the cleans come it was there for 3 days!! There dust under the desk was very noticeable and not cleaned.

I really liked that the housekeeping was very kind and thorough. I also enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel because it was very close to the Ballermann

We ordered 3 bed rooms but got a room for 2 people with 3 beds in it. So it was very little space but it’s ok cause most of the time we were at the playa. I also wasn’t a fan of the locations in the hotel we were 9 people with 3 rooms and got only 2 rooms together so we had to walk a lot to visit each other.

The interior looked great, breakfast was also very good. Location was nice.

The elevator got „stuck” for a few seconds 3 times in the 4 days we stayed at the hotel which can be quite irritating. Also, it looked like a drink got spilled on the tiles in our room from a previous guest which had not been cleaned.
