The hotel is really beautiful - we loved the way it felt like a little village. We had a comfort room and it was great, it had a lovely private balcony with a partial sea view. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a power shower. The pool areas are great and there was always plenty of space and beds. The grounds and planting are all beautiful and clean. We chose this hotel because it is vegan friendly and the food options it offers are amazing! We really appreciated the vegan friendly cakes and desserts in the evening and the option of vegan tuna and vegan Salmon on the lunchtime menu. We would recommend to other vegans and non-vegans of course. The cliff walk out of the left at the front of the hotel is beautiful too!

The breakfast wasn't the best for us. They had vegan bacon but other than that it was cold beans and some potatoes. Some vegan sausages, scrambled tofu and vegan yoghurt options would be a much appreciated addition.

The room was comfortable with plenty of space to put away the clothes. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner and the drinks were reasonably priced. The 'Cub Laurel' restaurant and trattoria were excellent, and getting there via the lift down the cliff was enjoyable exercise.

There was no-one to show the way to the room when we arrived and the map was barely adequate. A 4-star hotel should provide free drinking water, and it should not charge €2 per day to use the room safe.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious with good lighting and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious with a huge choice. The hotel staff are helpful, friendly and professional and the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently. There is lots to do at this hotel- including a daily schedule of classes such as yoga and gym classes. The gym itself is very well equipped with plenty of up-to-date equipment.There is often evening entertainment in the bar area.

The only negative is the food at the pool bar consists of sandwiches only. The ones we had were not great. It would be good to have a few salad options.

It has just been completely refurbished, everything is clean and smart, the staff are friendly and competent and the food is great.

If people are reading negative reviews, it’s important to know that the hotel was closed from March-Dec 2024 to be completely refurbished - so only reviews on/after Dec 2024 are relevant.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. Nice rooms and excellent pools and beautiful gardens very well looked after. Excellent breakfast buffet and good evening buffet.

The hotel has invested in a n App which has taken over and sucked the personal service out of the property. it does not work well and is a real pain. The big screens everywhere give it a corporate feel. Having to get a ticket for service is horrible apparently done yo stop German customers pushing in but they do it anyway! Do not want to feel like I am queuing in a council office in a resort. Get rid of the damn thing !!’

We were put in a smoking area. I don’t think we were asked and we would have requested non-smoking. Having said that it was rarely a problem and we didn’t ask to move. Perhaps if we had asked we could have

The hotel was very comfortable and overall very good. We enjoyed the 'adults only' section to the rear of the tennis courts with it's own small pool and Bali beds, and our room 11 was on the end with a nice private terrace overlooking Mt Teide.

The quality and choice of the food in the buffet dinner could have been better for what we were paying.

our first room smelt and we had to be moved. check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. meaning your first day is not a full day. hurts when only staying one night. By the time we were in our room and checked in most of the day has gone. this is our second time here and we would come back. the first time was 3 days. next time will be a week.

Good staff, good activities, good pool and food.

Shower is badly designed. There is no way to stop a lot of water running along the barrier and into the room every time it is used

Without a doubt the entertainment team and the fitness coach were what made the trip so special. They went above and beyond to make our holiday the most fun week - memories we will remember forever. Not only are they such wonderful people to be around but the activities are genuinely so valuable - from table tennis, workouts, dance classes, personal training, to evening shows and team sports. THANK YOU Enzo, Alejandro, Daniella, Elena, Jesus, Juanma and team! I wish we could spend every day with you guys!
