Every one of my 7 days here-the staff (reception,restaurant,bar,cleaning)was cheerful,gracious,polite. This hotel has the feel of a family run operation.Comfortable bed,good air con,strong wifi,modern bathrooms-just a wonderful hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets served delicious and healthful food-all 14 of my meals there.Option to dine indoors or on an expansive terrace overlooking the charming harbor and beach.The marble floors and Art Deco design lift this hotel to the top tier of 4-star hotels.There is not a nicked baseboard or a smudge on any walls-the hotel seems constantly refreshed.Even the terrace ironwork appeared freshly painted. Gym had a few strength training machines and treadmills. This was my second year staying here-and it won't be my last. Hotel is a 30 -second walk to the beach and 60 seconds to the ferries that go up and down the coast.

It's rare for me to say this:but this hotel is perfection.

Fantastic location in a small town, right opposite the beach and near to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with everything you could need. We were upgraded to a sea-view room at no extra cost. We arrived after midnight and we were presented with a cold supper on arrival, which was really appreciated as everything was closed and we were hungry. Every member of staff was helpful and cheerful and appreciated our attempts at speaking Spanish. Really generous measures of spirits from the bar. A small garden and pool at the rear with sunbeds which was quiet and nice for relaxing. The food was excellent, so much choice and all cooked fresh every day. We don't eat meat but there was seafood, fish and lots of fruit and vegetables to choose from. A huge choice of desserts. The hotel is comfortable and not too modern. We loved staying here.

One small problem was getting in and out of the pool, as the water level was quite low and there was quite a step down to the ladder and a big step up to get out. Steps at the front of the hotel are tricky especially carrying luggage. There is no ramp. Fine if you are young and able-bodied which I'm not. There is no parking at the hotel but you can pull up at the front door for a few minutes to unload. Parking nearby is chargeable between 10 am and 6 pm but there is plenty of free parking on the streets about 200 meters away. Luckily, I had my husband with me to help.

It's no surprise to learn this hotel is usually fully booked! An historical and charming solid 4-star hotel.Not luxury but very clean and comfortable.Consistently cheerful and helpful staff-everywhere.Great bed.Air con was pretty good. Room was quiet although in the town's best location. In all my many stays in Mallorca I ate my best meals here in the hotel's restaurant(overlooking the sea).Very comprehensive buffets for breakfast and dinner,with many healthy options .The hotel gets many return guests,and I will be one of them. Both hotel rooms and it's restaurant are VERY reasonably priced too. The gym had a good strength machine,free weights and running machines.Better equipped than most 5 star hotels.There is a gracious woman dedicated to making custom ordered cappuccinos,lattes,etc in the restaurant .Nice bonus.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful view over the harbour at Porto Cristo. It's very close to the beach (just out the door, basically), to the local shops, and to the bus stops up and down the coast. The bus stop to the airport and into Manacor is quite close as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and has a decent sized fridge for a hotel room. The bathrooms are clean. The bar downstairs seems lovely, and has a comfortable terrace as well as street seating.

It's a shame there are absolutely no room service food options.

This was an excellent hotel with the best location! The staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea-view room free of charge which was wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel was a 2 min walk from the beach and had plenty of restaurants and cafes around it.

The spa hours were very bad. I paid extra for the spa each day of my stay and it wasn’t even open on Mondays (which was one of my days). It also closed at 6pm which is not conducive to a beach town as the only time I would want the spa is early morning or after dinner and neither of those times it was open.

I only stayed there for two nights (as an interim stop) but I honestly wish I could have stayed longer and I would do so next time. The hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I had a pretty big and clean room with a sea view (and NOT a tiny room with no view which I was fearing I’d get as I booked pretty much last minute). The staff everywhere was super welcoming. The beach just next to the hotel! Very good breakfast and dinner. Cheap cocktails at the bar. Great value for money. I could go on and on…

A short power outage, and that it takes very long time until the hot water starts running in shower in the morning. Also the spa is very small.

Excellent breakfasts. Bonus to have someone (Mercedes) making each cup of coffee. No machine with numerous buttons to press. I really appreciated a fresh cup made to my liking. All staff were friendly and professional. They made a superb team. Travelling alone can be daunting but I was totally relaxed at THBFelip.

Such a wonderful location. A very special mix of peaceful beautiful views, shopping and restaurants on your doorstep, and a perfect beach. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. Sunday market was brilliant.

No aircon or heating when we were there. So opened the balcony doors at night and were bitten by mosquitoes 🦟. Hot for us with doors closed but others were cold. I’m sure this is just the season change over.

Location, quietness, breakfast.

We were disappointed as the reservation included "daily spa access" but actually the spa was closed on Mondays, when we arrived. The receptionist suggested we could use the spa next day from11:00 but we had other plans on the day of departure. The spa opening days should be clearly shown before booking.

It’s location, boutique feel, general quality and staff.

The pool was very small, but who needs a pool when there’s an excellent beach right outside the front door?
