Location literally opposite the sea. If you can get. Sea view from your room even better. We couldn’t as it was full. We had a side room which was fine. Room is not big but enough for 2 for a few nights. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They speak a little English and they always try to help. Breakfast is very good too lots of choice. The only thing is that it lacks a terrace outside. That would be the cherry on the cake! Ribadesella town is an about 10/15mn walk which is great. You can walk easily to restaurants and bars.

The room is right on the beach. I swam in the ocean and we walked the beach and promenade..We were glad that we paid extra for the breakfast as it was excellent with meat, fruit, yogurt, pastries, fresh orange juice, eggs and cheese. The receptionist took the time to recommend and call for a reservation for dinner. We would never have found the restaurant without her assistance and it was the best seafood I have ever tasted (and we live on the Pacific Ocean so often have good seafood). We waited until evening to walk over the bridge and into town and was surprised after dinner, that we did not see a lot of nightlife or people on the streets of the main town. There were bars, restaurants and ice cream open in the neighborhood around the hotel. The receptionist was exceptional and fluent in Spanish, French, German and English.

There was no bathtub or feather pillows possible due to our late reservation. We paid through booking.com and were again charged at arrival at the hotel. We believe it was an honest mistake but are glad that we caught it and were refunded for the second payment.

Great buffet breakfast especially with the excellent coffee and the fresh orange machine. great selection of food and some very good homemade flans and cake. The location is great with on site parking and on the beautiful promenade. The staff were all fantastic and a credit to the owners. Rooms were perfect, wish i’d booked the sea view as they are incredible.

A coffee pod machine in the room would have been good.

Very well organized, clean, and comfortable.. well located right on the esplanade.. I had arrived during the Iberian blackout, having been on the Camino all day and unaware of the situation.. the staff was super helpful in getting me situated despite the technical issues and also advising where I could find a restaurant still serving despite no luz.. my room was a budget room, so it was small with no view, so I can’t comment on those aspects, but everything was ok for me.. would recommend

The staff was truly amazing. It is a family run hotel with locals who care. You can tell with everything they do. We had difficulties with our electric vehicle and they plugged it in to the hotel which saved our trip. Truly gracious hospitality. The location is outstanding, right on the promenade and beach. The breakfast is excellent. It’s one of the best staffs I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel.

A lovely hotel right on the beach, the room was large and very comfortable with a large, spotlessly clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff. The 10-15 minute walk into town is very pleasant, we ate in a sidreria recommended by the hotel and had the best meal of our tour of Asturias.

The property is lovely, but it’s a pity there is nowhere to sit with a drink to enjoy the sea view.

Amazing hotel right next to the beach. Our stay was just perfect, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the location of the hotel and, of course, the staff. Such a lovely and welcoming experience thanks to the people working at the hotel (especially the lady whose dedication and care for the clients made us feel at home). Definitely recommend!

Everything - the staff at check in, the room itself, the location, the food - was outstanding. This place is an absolutely amazing value. Ricardo and Molily are uber-professional and helpful hosts, the room was beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast fantastic. I stayed an extra night because it was so great, and I'm sure I will return here.

We loved this hotel situated right on the Ribadesella paseo/boardwalk, amidst other truely charming villa’s ! We did not regret chosing a room with seaview, and although the windows were of the Velux type, we had a very good view of the sea, the beach and the beautiful surroundings. There is no traffic on the paseo, so you only hear the waves… The hotel is family-run and especially Alejandro in the breakfast room did a very good job, he was friendly in a natural way and spoke very good English. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a big plus, resulting in a score of 10 ! Ribadesella is ideally situated to explore the magnificent coastline and the Picos, also note that the hotel has its own on site parking for about 10 cars, so just perfect if you come by car :)

This is my favorite hotel ever! I was here once already 6 years ago. For this car trip we were passing by Ribadesella and I planned a stop in this cute town only to sleep here again, listening to the waves breaking on the shore. A unique experience! Of course, for this particular experience you have to make sure to book one of the rooms with sea view. However, the hotel has everything you can ask for, independently from this amazing feature. Very comfy beds, beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms (with Rituals toiletry), an excellent fresh breakfast with plenty of sweet and savory options. The owners are very helpful, friendly and kind. Both times I felt very welcomed and cared for. I hope there will be a next time! :)) Thanks a lot! <3
