The landscapes are wonderful from there, meaning it's a really beautiful area. Cristina at the hotel reception and the gentleman who took care of the canteen staff, as well as the man who prepared the meat for the hamburgers were amazing. Overall, everything was fine, but it wouldn't hurt to make some improvements. Here I refer to the food, which was a bit diversified, and some of it was reused the next day with different sauces. For example: the pasta from today was used with a kind of sauce the next day, as well as with the potatoes and rice. You had the feeling you were eating the same food. In the first few days, I had a very tasty pizza, but in the last 3 days, the pizza was very dry, practically tasteless. There was little staff in the kitchen, so the trays in which the food was cooked were empty and stacked on top of each other, especially the pizza trays. Not to mention only having one oven in which 2 pizzas were baked, for a hotel full of guests! We ended up with a group of elderly people! We tried our best to respect them, just like our parents and grandparents, but families with children who come to relax should also be taken into consideration. I saw around me people who seemed conceited: we should be careful not to splash them (in the pool), the same in the sauna, as they came to relax and take pictures.

The location is perfect, right next to the sea and was so hot in June, but with the amazing pools and sea nearby a great place to refresh, rooms spacious and well lit and with good air conditioning, ideal location with lots of shops, supermarkets, and people selling stuff on the sea promenade. Its quite easy to park in the area. All staff were great, very welcoming helpfull and servicial. pool area great, plenty of beds, chairs, parasols etc and very clean, pool water is always warm and sea was warm too. Bar staff great too and lifeguards very helpfull and polite. Restaurant : wow the restaurant is amazing, cleanliness, staff but above all the food, a huge selection for all types of people, lots of kids foods and a huge selection of more complex dishes too and all perfectly cooked and prepared, not a fault with the food whatsoever. they have themed nights too with oriental food, arabian, mexican, and gala dinners, which were truly amazing. a huge variety of perfectly cooked food at all meal times, huge selections of fruit and derserts. I have been to many similar hotels and never had the variety and quality of food like best sabinal. 1st day there was a seafood buffet, crab, mussels, navajas, prawns, clams and all delicious. My daughter who rarely eats anything other than the typical, tried and liked everything. champagne on bfast buffet (rarely seen). huge variety of yogurts and fruits cereals and all the cooked variety too, lots of danish pastries and breads, fruit juices etc. desert buffet great at lunch and dinner, such a huge variety at all meal times, you wont be dissapointed, wok bar at lunch and dinner has great demand and was so delicious, grill bar always prepairing hot dogs, burgers, chicken fillets, kebabs and fish. plenty of pastas and toppings, restaurant truly amazing !!!!!! and a great point are the opening times bfast til 10.30, lunch til 15.30 ( countries have different hours for meals and these were taken into consideration) dinner til 22.30.

more wardrobe space in the room i had more info on what local area has to offer on website inc, amount of shops, supermarket nearby We have no other bad points to make, and that says alot, great holidays and thankyou all for making them such. tea and coffee making facilities are always apreciated, would be good to have them in room.

Great facilities, lovely views, great option for kids. Good staff at reception, and restaurant. Good location.

Food. We have booked full-board, but unfortunately we didn’t‘t enjoy meals. Vegetables were very old and chewy. The cornflakes were sticking to the bowl since day 1 to the day we left it was never changed. The yogurts were in open bowls which doesn’t seem hygienic. Not many options for non pork eaters, especially at breakfast. Food’s flavour was bland and most dishes repeated each day. Dishes and cutlery at the restaurant were not cleaned well. Room cleaning. The room was well cleaned as we checked in, but later on sometimes room was left dirtier than before, and sometimes was it good, it seems that is dependent on the responsible cleaning staff each day, which is not good, because it should be the same according to particular standards.

Having to walk so far to get to lifts. Being a Fibro sufferer it could be a bit daunting when having to go back to the room. However it was no fault of Hotel as I had not made my condition known to them. The only issue we had was the room housekeeping. When our room got cleaned, they took our cups and saucers away, but never left any clean ones. We also never got any clean glasses in the bathroom. we had the same ones for the duration of our stay. It was nothing major.

The hotel is located across from the beach and is next to lots of bars, restaurants & shops. The staff were very courteous & polite. Check in was straight forward. Although we would have preferred a seaview / pool Veiw ( none available) we were given room 716 which was on the 7 th floor on a corner which gave us a little Veiw of the sea from two angles so that was appreciated. The ladies that made the omelettes were fabulous and the omelettes were freshly cooked, hot & delicious. We didn’t use the pool or the pool area or hotel bars as it was too croweded.

The pool area was crowded with sunloungers literally side by side which spoilt the beautiful outside view ….. and due to the number of guests staying at the hotel there were no loungers available……the dining room was over crowded both at breakfast & dinner which made it uncomfortable to dine. We paid 22 euros each for dinner but as with breakfast some of the food was just like warm. Basically for us this time of year is a time to avoid.

The food was just ok . The breakfast was not to our liking ,the bacon and sausages were both not nice . The grill had chicken fajitas twice and we were only there 3 nights. The wok was very nice . We only found out about paying extra for endless drinks in restaurant could have been told at check in. The staff were all very pleasant esp the spa ladies

It is one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. We would have loved to have stayed much longer, but un- surprisingly, there were no vacancies. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with lovely views of the sea. The restaurant was a pleasure to use, well laid out cosy, and welcoming. The variety of food was perfect, and everything looked mouthwateringly good. quality was excellent; it was very enjoyable. All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. As we're the quests staying at the hotel. There are numerous very pleasant and very comfortable seating areas inside. Ideal for relaxing with a drink after a lovely evening walk along the paseo. Outside, too, there are plenty of seating areas and, of course, lounging for the pools. The location was perfect. We are looking forward to a return visit very soon.

Room was very nice, cleaned everyday all staff very pleasant. Restaurant was all in all the same as any other when on a half board or all inclusive stay, everyone rushing in and no sort of order, but a good selection of food.

REDICULOUS loud music played at pool side every evening. There was no entertainment when we went into the bar just 2 big TV screens with different football matches on. Food not very hot and cold plates with warm food didn’t help.

Restaurant was very good, great service from the staff. Our room, a family room was excellent. Nice bathroom / shower, comfortable beds. Lunch and dinner were excellent, with a nice choice of dishes. Hotel was in a great location, offering easy access to the promenade. We took a nice walk along from the hotel to the port and castle, about 2 miles and it was lovely. We stayed full board, but ventured out to some very local bars, less than a minute from the hotel, who were friendly and welcoming.

The area further along the front, were the new hotels were was very run down. We walked along the seafront then back to the hotel via the streets. Such a shame as the area from the hotel along to the port, and old town Roquetus was lovely.
