We booked a family room, this was a 2 bedroom apartment and was perfect for our needs. It even had a washing machine, which was a huge bonus! The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was also clean and had good facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh, varied, and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a little chilly, but that's to be expected at this time of year. It didn't stop them enjoying themselves! Overall, we were really pleased with our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Brand new room and facilities. Very clean everywhere. Hot buffet food with a wonderful selection, the salad bar WOW! Lovely setting. Staff AMAZING! Animation team have been the star of the show, specially Ionela who paid personal attention of my daughter and always cared for her when she saw her, even if that was walking through reception shouting her name and running to give her a hug or during the evening at the mini disco! My daughter is shy and Ionela held her hand, sat with her during the magic show and was so nice she needs a special shout out. Baby pool is great, lots of sun beds, although we didn’t use them the water slides look fun for the kids. Direct access to the beach, although it’s a tiny shingle beach and really hard to walk on. It’s not a positive but it’s not a negative either. They are building a new swimming pool which will have a new baby play zone. It’s only 1 foot deep, so at the moment there are building works going on out there. It’s not great when you can hear work going on, but when it’s finished it will be fantastic. Workers are there daily and I think it will be complete by the time the summer is here. I want to come back just to see it!

The mini club had few hours. Although there were many activities for older children, the pool was too cold and weather wasn’t with us (April Easter 2025) and we were relying on the mini club but it didn’t start until 11.30 and stopped at 13:30 for the whole afternoon. The buffet food focused on Spanish meats and Paellas. Although nice, 4 x days became repetitive and we were hoping for themed nights with different cuisines. Only one bar, which when it’s cold outside you’re stuck to if you want to kill some time, but seating is all upright at tables and not cosy when you want to sit back and chill, and it becomes loud when full.

Location, food, staff, pools, view. I really can’t find a bad things about this place , the only two things I could think of in 4* hotel I written down, obviously it won’t affect your stay but can be considered :) thank you for a great holidays we just had !!!!

I missed a few bits in the rooms : iron and little kettle to do some hot drinks.

The waterglides are great for the kids, there where a lot off other kids so the play a lot off fútbol. My soms are 13 years old. There where you get kids but also teenagers .they all mixed together. The food is perfect !! Amazing how the serve so good food for so many people. Everyday different things .

The only What Will be great is also a bigger pool to Swim and sport. But to relax and enjoy time with the kids this pools are great .

Location was nice. Just in front of sea and nice promenade with playgrounds and outside gym equipment. Great axess to beach. Dinner was nice and if you want to add drinks besides water then you have to pay 5€ extra. Breakfast was ok with all regular breakfast stuff but it would be nice to have some fresh salad option as well like salad leaves, cucumber, tomato etc. Pool was opened with slides but it was not possible to use it in the beginning of may. Outside temperature was about 23 with nice sunny weather but water was maybe 15 degrees. Some kids did try to play in the water and pretty soon ended up freezing. So pretty pointless to keep that ice hole opened. Place seemed to be enjoiable for elderly prople because there were many. Our family room was big enough. First floor had large outside area with sunbeds but no view and other floors had balcony with canal and sea view. Shops are near and we visited local castle, little sealife museum and bullfight arena and museum. All of them were free entry. If you have family room in next door building you have to ask extra key card to open beach gate. Over all it was nice stay.

Very friendly staff, rooms have been upgraded! Food was great for all tourists! Last on reception with blond hair been there for over 20 years has served us 3 times over the years and has always been amazing and friendly!

Maybe an another bar outside. 1 bottle of water in the room ready and some vending machines for snacks when shops are closed

Rooms where very moden i haf friends that booked sepratley to me one had two double beds in her room and me and another friend had a massive queen sized bed

Only thing that put a downer on ther hotel was the food in the evening we paid to have food at hotel for one night witch was a minday and it was cold and not a wide range but we had breakfast inculuded in are room and that was very nice

Amazing amazing amazing , beyond our expectations specialy the staff ,everyone are friendly and make us comfortable as much they can ,kids friendly and there is lots of activities during the stay ,and the one thing i cannot forget to tell about Manu and maria they where amazing because of them we extend our stay one more day ..manu you are amazing we will return for sure .. Highly recomended for families sure the kids will enjoy the activities and specially manu and maria ..thank you guys for making our stay unforgettable..see you soon ...

The staff were all very friendly and the room maid kept the room spotless.

The fact it is supposed to be pet friendly our dog had to be kept in the room and then walked straight out of the hotel I understand animals being kept out of the restaurant and bars but I don't understand why we could not sit outside on the terrace and have a drink with our pet other hotels allow this can you explain the reasoning behind this.

Great reception staff who went out of their way to help. Lovely spacious room with a balcony and sea view. Breakfast had lots of options. A lovely relaxing stay. There are a couple of good bars only a couple of blocks away, good supermarkets and a shopping centre nearby. Lots of free parking too!

The coffee and juice are truly terrible! The only low point.
