Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.

I didn't like the fact that I had booked and paid for 2 rooms 2 adults in each room with Booking.com . I then received an email from booking.com to book in just two adults.One adult each room. I emailed both the hotel and booking.com to clarify that there would be 4 adults 2 each room before arriving. Neither responded. When we arrived at the hotel we had to pay a further €24 euros. The hotel said that this has happened before with Booking.com.

We stayed 8 nights this summer. The swimming pool is super big and even though it's a very big hotel, there is plenty of space for everyone. They also have 2 small swimming pools for children. There are a lot of sunbeds as well and people don't rush them in the morning to book them, so there is no rush to have breakfast. They also have activities both for adults and children which are quite nice and entertaining. Both during the day and at night. The restaurant is quite good, we had the dinner included and they had a lot of variety every day and a lot of different dishes to choose from. You can always find something you would like. Same with the breakfast, there are plenty of options. The drinks were all included (even alcohol) which was a very nice surprise! The staff is friendly and super helpful.

There are a lot of families in this hotel so it can be very noisy and children are running through the swimming pool and restaurants. Moreover, there were a couple of people smoking weed in the swimming pool and also in the balconies. Our bedroom smelled of weed even inside! That was quite annoying, I don't know why they allow people to smoke weed in a hotel. Lastly, the beds are very uncomfortable, super hard.

Bad WiFi coverage in the rooms and even at the pool Lift crowded sometimes as they don't always come when called and as older people we struggled with the stairs but sometimes stood waiting for a long time No kettle as advertised in room description We struggled to get past the 2 double beds as older people, the gap between them and the desk/fridge is narrow and we aren't able to climb over the bed.

Big comfortable beds, lots of bars and restaurants nearby Close to the beach, pool was never over crowded. Parking was reasonably priced as 10 euros a day, but plenty of free parking nearby. Kitchenette was well equipped, 4 plates, glasses, cups etc. 2 frying pans and 2 sauce pans. Fridge was nice and cold.

The WiFi. Signal was constantly dropping out for mine and my partners phone, as well as my laptop making keeping up with work difficult. The apartment has coffee making facilities but not tea. The shower head support in our room was broken, made it difficult to shower sometimes.

Breakfast was great enough chose, only let down was coffee from machine. Evening meal was good as well plenty salad at salad bar, meat that was on offer was cooked at the point of order. Normally 3 different meats and 2 fish. Only problem I had was only one veg and chips , but I suppose not being busy at the time of year it was fair enough. Plenty different fruit and ice cream and some cakes for pudding. All together it was fine, staff were great and hard working. Even gave my mum a bottle of drink free, which they brought to the room with glasses and chilled for her birthday. Which she was over joyed at the kindest to do it. Beds made each day and clean towels and apartment cleaned. Good free wifi . Have stayed here 3 or 4 times now in both apartments and just rooms. Both great.

No kettle in apartment and we asked as well for it, as it was missing when we arrived but we never got one.

Apartment very clean and spacious. Two double beds, towels changed after one day. Lots of free parking close by to the apartment but I am sure these will disappear in the height of summer.

The hotel was quiet as they didnt have many guests. Due to the weather we decided to eat in the restaurant on our second night. Luckily I asked if I could see what food was on offer as the cost was 20 euros per person. The food was very bad, dried up pizza - only one with two sections having been taken. Pasta and some sort of burger with chips. Not worth the money. To add insult the injury when we asked if we had to book dinner at night we were told no but they would be serving dinner 30 minutes later as it was quiet.

The room was spacious. It had 2 double beds. Nice bathroom with a bath and a shower. The bonus was that the room had a hallway between the bedroom and the door. We were able to shut it at night making the room really quiet. A good night's sleep was had by all 🙂 The pool area is lovely. We were half board so had breakfast & dinner. There was plenty of choice..... something for everyone. Constantly re- stocked with fresh food.

It was quite far out of Roquetas .... but it was nice & quiet.

The room was advertised as having an electric kettle but it didn't First two mornings we had pancakes for breakfast, then they were never seen again. Some breakfast items were hit and miss, eg .different sausages daily.

everything was perfect,we have stayed in the Neptuno for over 20 years ,it has always been a clean,friendly and comfortable hotel,we like the revamp. Staff are always helpful. We used to visit when we lived in the uk and now we have been residencia in Spain for 12 years it is an easy 3 hour drive there to meet old friends.

If someone prefers peace and quiet, this hotel has many families and children. It was very noisy. But overall we loved it.
