The hotel is located on a side street about 100 yards from the beach. There is also a massive front that is separated for walkers / runners and cyclists, it’s perfect and you can walk / cycle / run all the way to Cambrils about 5 miles or so. Check in was smooth and easy. The gent on reception at the time was excellent and made us very welcome, explaining everything in detail. Our room, as others as said, was superb. It was spotlessly clean and massive. The shower itself was bigger than our whole bathroom! The bed was like a double king size and very comfy and the air con was perfect and kept the room freezing cold just as we like it. The pool is great and there are plenty of beds most of the time. The usual few selfish people leave their towels like they do, but we only couldn’t get them one day. There is a spa and small gym which looked great but we didn’t use them. The pool bar is great serving reasonably priced drinks and food. We didn’t eat there but the drinks were fine and the food looked popular. I’ve no doubt breakfast was also good but we didn’t have it. We loved this place and if we return to Salou we would stay here. Credit to all the staff and management, absolutely faultless.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is superb, the rooms are amazing, plenty of space and the shower is to die for. It was lovely not having an air conditioning unit on the balcony which you normally have, it made it much quieter and nicer appearance. The room was very quiet, no slamming doors or noise from other rooms. There was a much appreciated fridge in the room and coffee machine. The whole vibe was very chilled. Breakfast covered everything and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone worked hard especially the cleaners, our room was spotless. Would definitely recommend, in fact looking to book later in the year.

Downside to the hotel was the flooring around the pool area, it was dangerously hot on your feet and it would have been nice if there were a few umbrellas as you either sat in the shade or full sun which was too much all day.

The room for spotless they were large. They were quiet. It was a lovely hotel, friendly staff good location, comfortable bed.

I didn’t like the reception area and the owners of the hotel will need to take note of this. The reception is dark. It’s in the corner. There is no lobby really that’s all dark. There’s no welcoming atmosphere no ambience and for this reason, I would not stay again, which is a shame because the rooms are great and the staff are brilliant, but I would not be coming back

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Fast check in and directions to the Room were very clear . Room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony onto a quiet Street. Smart TV but no internet, had to use hotspot data from my phone. Wasn't really an issue . 2 mins walk to the beach . Close to Fox and Hounds for great food and drinks ....for late arrivals it's handy as they close at 2am, close by across the road you have Zeppelins Bar with great Live rock music....

All positive .

The room was enormous with a huge bed and plenty of wardrobe space for our luggage. The bathroom was very spacious and had all necessary adaptations for my disabled husband. The room was cleaned every day and it was very clean. The staff were very helpful giving information about the local area and spoke English. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and it was replenished when necessary. The hotel was in a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach and some very good restaurants.

There was only one English channel on the tv (CNN) and the safe was broken in our room so we were unable to hire a safe.

The Breakfast was excellent, fresh food with feeshly squeeze orange juice which was great, you don't see many hotels serving that, the coffee was excellent, every day different cheeses and ham, sausage and fresh bread, yogurt and cereal brilliant continental breakfast and catered for our needs, couldn't ask for more 👍

The room was massive and very modern you’d know it was only recently renovated, the location couldn’t be better right beside the beach and all the night life but still far enough away you wouldn’t hear a thing at night.

The computers crashed when we were about to check in but that was out of their control so took a bit longer to get checked in, but they gave us somewhere to leave out bags and showed us to a place we could get changed and we just went to the pool till they got the computers sorted so no real issue atall.

The hotel is really nice. We had a big clean and cozy room. Just one thing that the eucalyptus smelled awful, as it was old, please do not put it in the vase or keep an eye on it. My husband also liked the SPA. The Russian speaking lady Viktoria was also kind and attentive in comparison to Spanish lady in the glasses with the black frame (she was very rude). She screamed at my husband like: ZAPATOOOOOS - and in the 4 star hotel the personnel should speak kind and respectfully to its guests.

I did not like at all the breakfast. Please change the receipt of the omelette, as it too sweet and not tasty at all. Also there is lack of fresh vegetables, fruits and croissants also were very fat and not delicious. But overall ignoring the rude lady and breakfast, the hotel is really beautiful and with a great location.

Loved the location of the hotel - very central to get around and close to the beach. Staff were also amazing from the moment we checked in to leaving. Bed was very comfortable.

There is an overwhelming fragrance of the hotel when you walk in the door, like insense burning. Our room had quite a bad smell coming up through the drains due to rain. The staff did action this as soon as we told them by placing a bleach down the drain which stopped the smell for 24hrs but it did come back which wasnt pleasant. I booked the hotel for the spa however it is tiny and in the basement of the hotel. Not very comfortable when there is 3+ people using it.

Ideal location, close to the beach and the main areas for shopping/eating. The staff were so lovely and very accommodating. The waterfall shower was amazing, I’d nearly come back just for that alone! The spa was also fabulous, very easy to contact the masseuse who was very responsive! Considering salou is a big family destination, we liked the fact that the hotel was adults only as it was a mother/daughter trip for my mother’s birthday. She loved the peace and quiet and the view from the balcony!
