We arrived in Ibiza in the morning and had asked before arrival if we could do an early check-in with our 3 year old child for an extra charge. We were called 1-2 days before arrival and were told that this was possible free of charge due to availability. If this was not possible we would of course have been allowed to stay in the resort and use the pool. TOP and many thanks for that! The manager, Zuzana, is very concerned about her guests and immediately resolved our small personal complaints. There is a small fitness area - and yoga fans will also have their fun. There is an open air cinema and a nice pool. Pool towels are provided free of charge at reception. There are also free parking spaces on the property. We had a spacious bungalow with a large terrace. The equipment in the kitchenette could certainly do with some updating (stainless steel kettle instead of the old plastic one, missing chopping board, missing salad bowl) and much sharper knives and peelers. But as I said before, Zuzana would certainly fix all this or instruct her staff.

The breakfast menu is not up to the high expectations. To be fair: The restaurant is not run by the hotel. The lunch and dinner menus are debatable, but you can check them online before you book. We really missed the traditional Spanish cuisine, which can be interpreted in a very modern way. But as I said, it's a matter of taste. What we ate (Dinner) was good and looked appetising. The service in the afternoon and evening could really be improved. The waiters in the restaurant are simply not qualified staff for a place that has the aim and potential to be a great boutique hotel. Fortunately, Zuzana, the hotel manager, is there to intervene when things don't go well. I am sure she will put things right in a very short time.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel - the hosts are amazing, very helpful and super friendly. The room was very spacious, our balcony was HUGE! The restaurant / bar / pool area (which is all in the same area) was lovely and quiet. The restaurant is actually run privately so the food is very nice. The location is also fantastic - although you are a short drive outside of San Antonio (and so not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle) the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel give you the impression that you are on the other side of the island! I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Who wouldn't like a cheaper room! But you get what you pay for. The place was lovely!

This is one of the most beautiful, welcoming stays I have ever had anywhere in the world. The bungalows are perfection with rustic Ibizan style carefully designed. Molton Brown products in abundance and ours had a clawfoot bathtub. Calm atmosphere. Some gentle live music. Beautiful pool. Clean food made with locally sourced produced in Zen Eat restaurant. But mainly the people make this place. Suzanna and her team welcome you like old friends and we made the most of the outdoor silent cinema at night, the yoga, the massage, the gong healer.

Nothing at all. It was perfection.

We were very happy with Room 4 tucked away with a view from our little terrace of the olive trees. We especially loved the friendly, attentive and unintrusive staff who all went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful time. The pool and beds were lovely to relax and the beautiful plants surrounding which made us feel we were in the middle of a tropical oasis. The yoga space and film deck were fun. We appreciated the attention to detail in the decoration, table settings etc. Best of all was the menu and food - absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients and so beautifully presented - we didn't have better meals anywhere else. We also felt very lucky to be able to experience yoga sessions with Laura - it felt like we were on retreat.

Something extra to put things on in our room - a shelf or dresser would be useful. The staff were very attentive in gently 'managing' the serenity and space and we did not experience any problems. This is not easy when some guests have young children wanting to play ball in the pool which isn't really big enough and is next to the restaurant. Also, the potential for disturbance from larger groups. However, there were young children and two groups when we were there, and they did not disturb our peace:)

Absolutely fell in love with this place! Zuzana + her crew where so kind and we felt right at home from the begining not wanting to leave the resort much because if it. Relaxed, fun... finding peace in a beautiful environment. The food at their restaurant Zeneat was so good that made every day even better. We did a funa yoga class, lingered around the pool a lot and got so much more than hoped for! Thank you for making my birthday memorable, the surprise was real... just lovely and speechless!

Real sad to leave, hopefully we can come visit you guys soon! We will miss all your kind faces ;)

The bungalow was a good size with a mini kitchen area. Tastefully furnished and very clean and comfortable. The heating was excellent. The facilities and the environment were attractive. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The chef and his staff made dining there a real pleasure. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Didn't like is too strong. Would have liked a bit more wardrobe space and perhaps a duvet on the bed. The only disappointment, which was no fault of the hotel, was that we were the only ones in the restaurant for Christmas lunch. However, the meal was fantastic.

Perfectly quiet, stylish and well-equipped bungalows! The bed was extra large and so was the sleeper couch - both very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean with very nice amenities. The kitchenette and small fridge were very handy to store some bites and drinks. The bungalow had a great porch for afternoon hangouts too. The restaurant offers really nice food as well. The pool was also great.

Everything was great. Good to know that the restaurant in the hotel isn't open between 3-7pm and there are no supermarkets close by.

This is a gem! The manager and her team are the highlight of this beautiful resort. It feels like an authentic Ibizan village with the pool and restaurant at the heart. The rooms are a great size with excellent amenities and very comfortable with both heating and air conditioning available. The resort is a bit remote, but it was easy to get Ubers and Taxis. Parking available, too. It was the perfect winter hideaway, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in any season.

Nothing to dislike.

There was nothing we did not like, everything was lovely, the room had a cozy feel to it and was clean and sufficient for our stay. The breakfast and lunch we had was delicious and well presented. The pool area is fantastic. The staff, Susanna, David, Orlando and the lovely guys from the restaurant, made our stay really amazing and special. The whole team made us feel so welcome and had a very personal touch. We simply can not praise these guys enough for the excellent service they provide. We are well travelled people and the experience at Can Vistabella is one of the best we ever had. This little gem of an hotel is well worth the return to Ibiza for another stay.

The only tiny issue we had was that the pillows were a bit hard, but that is probably down to personal preference.

Can Vistabella is unique thanks to the personal touch of the owner / manager Zuzana, the staff and the beautiful well equiped garden bungalows. Zazuna has put her personal touch in this hotel is providing all her guests attention, help, advice whenever required with the biggest smile. Our 3 year old son suddenly needed medical attention and she immediately could tell us the best hospital nearby. We had an excellent closure of the summer holidays in Ibiza after visiting multiple countries. See you soon team Can Vistabella !
