the hotel staff were amazing, went above and beyond with wide variety of classes for adults and kids. honestly couldnt fault the food, great variety and choice everyday, loved it. rooms were modern, if i was being picky bit of a rough finish in parts like paint all over back of doors etc but apart from that cant complain, kept clean and aircon with good views of the sports bar.

Location is great, rooms are big with great air con . Food and drinks are above average for all inclusive.

Rules around reserving sun beds and no kids in the bottom pool are not enforced which will impact whether we return again.

I liked everything. The staff were so friendly, always happy to help with a smile on their face! The food was sensational always something different and plenty of options both in the restaurant and pool side bar. The entertainment was good and the animation team work incrediably hard all day and all night to keep everyone entertained. The bar staff were also wonderful and the drinks were great! The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was kept clean and tidy, the pools were great and there was always a sun lounger available. Although it is a little distance from beaches or anything lively taxis don't take long and are reasonable there is also a few convenient shops outside the hotel. We loved our stay we were there for 11 days and will definitely return thank you Occidental for a wonderful stay!

Overall for an Ibiza hotel this one is in a great location close to a lovely beach and great value for money. The facilities are not flashy but have some excellent points, great atmosphere, good food & drink, nice pools. rooms are a 3 star at best but I have stayed in smaller for more money in Ibiza. My mane gripe was the lack of help from reception staff when my phone was left in the taxi. the driver brought it back and although I had told reception a few times they didn't take the phone or contact me to come and collect it and acted dismissive and disinterested, not their problem, even when they could of helped. The reception staff could be friendlier and let the rest of the team down a little sorry to say. The pool area was a little dirty at times and also the pool toilets. This is a shame as I would have rated it much higher 3.5/5

Modern, bright, clean, comfortable rooms (we were in a family room). Nice pool areas. Food and drink options were great! Fridge in room. Plenty of taxis available to flag down, or order at reception €10 to San Antonio €35 to airport

Music round the pool would have been a nice touch.

The hotel was very clean and great value for money for Ibiza. The buffet had a good mix of food everyday so something for everyone.

Nothing of note but you need to accept that the hotel is a good distance from San Antonio bay so you need to take a taxi, bus or hire a car

No ashtrays on the terrace and the whole ground on the terrace was covered with cigarette butts when we arrived Shower wall was full of black mould The shower water didn’t drain well so it ran into the whole bedroom The room smelled humid all the time

Tepid food but lots of choice.

This is our 2nd stay the staff were again wonderful especially the animation team. My partner works on tge island so some evenings I joined in with the entertainment I thoroughly enjoyed the flower power party! Food was fantastic so much choice great drinks and a comfortable room!
