The whole establishment is made in Thai themes to put you in a relaxed mood. We loved almost everything - the location (5 min walk anywhere in the center), the attitude of the staff (I had never felt so much genuine care from the reception), cleanliness and whole feeling of everything being new, air conditioning (is on both levels and it was hot), Xiaomi Televisions with Android where we could watch all our streams. Towels and bath kits were provided. The girls proposed a choice of pillows. I got a feeling they really try to make the most of it. There are two reserved parking spaces upfront the hotel for EUR 18 but it is a narrow street - so I decided to use Parque Bulevar shopping mall Parking - where you can park for 24hrs for 9.85 - it is barely 200 meters from the hotel. We didn't use the breakfast - there is no dedicated space - they will bring it to the room and I do believe it was good but there were so many interesting places to explore around. My list had Finde Cafe, Palmelita and if you dare to walk La Escala would be worth it.

It could be a hard stop for someone - there are two levels in the kind of room we stayed. AND the shower/bathroom IS on the second level. (There is logic to that - you sleep there - so no walking on stairs during the night). You WILL have to use those stairs. We had no problem with those - even liked this - as this adds to the "entourage" but you may have problem with those. Also - we had kitchen, but it was kind of small - so don't expect much from it - good enough to heat some food, has full set of kitchenware, but I can't imagine one cooking full dinner there.

The whole hotel is very stylish, well decorated and impeccably clean, including common areas like the elevator, reception, corridors, stairs and our room, of course. We liked the smell of our room and the whole place. The bed is just right for relaxation, very wide, not too soft, not too hard. The lighting, air conditioners and decorations contribute to the pleasant vibe of the place. The location is really good. Estacion Maritima where one can catch a bus to Las Teresitas is less than ten minutes of walking. Nearby is a very beautiful park. Intercambiador is at the walking distance, too. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a quiet street, so it's both close to the centre and far from noise. Everything looked exactly as we expected watching photos before booking.

We liked everything

Amazing hotel! You can really tell they care deeply about creating a cosy and warm experience for the guests. We were first helped by staff Lizzy with parking. This m already gave a nice feeling before we checked in. She is thoughtful and very friendly. The location is right in the center of city. But at night it was quiet - a perfect balance. Every corner of the room is carefully designed to provide the most comfort. Here are some examples: We could access the hotel and our room using a password, so we didn’t need to carry a key card (preventing loss). The lighting brightness was just right—it didn’t shine directly into the eyes but was soft and sufficiently bright. The sink depth was perfect for preventing water from splashing onto the counter. The bathroom’s waterproofing was excellent (many hotels only have half a glass panel, causing water to spill everywhere after showering, but here it had a full glass enclosure and a raised waterproof track). There are different pillows so that you can select the one with your favorite height. The bed was also very comfortable. The doors all close softly to reduce noise. Beides, the room is also very artful. All these little touches take your stay to the next level ❤️

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was very friendly.

The only negative was the booking said there was parking but it wasn't clear you had to reserve that separately and there are only 2 spaces so we were only to have parking 1 night. We also weren't told we had to pay for that parking and the price is higher than the discounted garage. The nearby parking garage at a discount worked but it would've been good to know we'd be paying 16 EUR per night for parking. Finding public parking for free was very difficult.

I was stunned when I walked into the room as it looked even better than the pictures. Beautiful spacious room, very well sound proofed. Housekeeping did a spotless job as the cleaning was impressive. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location is perfect, very close to the tram as we if you wish to go around. A special mention goes to Lizzy as she helped us a lot with information and amenities, she even printed the bus time table for me and my boyfriend before our departure. I highly recommend this hotel as it was perfect and the staff is amazing.

Nothing, it was perfect

Everything was nice and practical: the location (close to the center near lots of cafés and restaurants); the loft was really nice, very well isolated (no noises to disturb you) with a comfortable bed; you have a kitchen nicely equiped and 2 TVs one in the livingroom and the other in the bedroom. The bathroom has everything you may need. The staff is really kind and ready to help and the cleaning is up to point each time.

Nothing really bad but we would have prefered to have a closet and a space next to the miror in the bedroom like a dresser to arrange a our stuff. The safe is better up in the bedroom than in the kitchen (we discovered it on our last day).

This place exceeded my expectations

not a thing

The apartment is large and roomy. There are a/cs in both the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. The bedroom a/c was not working well when we arrived but, they had it repaired quickly. The shower was large and there was plenty of hot water; bed was King-size and comfortable. The TVs in both bedroom and living area had streaming apps, like Netflix, HBO, preloaded so we were able to watch movies when we wanted to. Location was excellent for Northern Tenerife, 2 blocks up from the plaza de Espana, where there is an underground parking garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops just uphill from the hotel. We had a car but could not connect to the GPS but found a small tech store where we bought a sim card; problem solved. I would definately stay here again, if I return to Tenerife.

There's virtually no parking next to the hotel so it's best to park in the garage and walk (uphill) the 2 blocks to the hotel.

Adjoining rooms. Decor is fab . Furniture high quality. Bed firm and hugh quality linen . Rooms spacious and comfortable. Location perfect ..

Would love it if there was a jacuzzi abd steam room.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, exceptional housekeeping. We didn’t try breakfast, there are many cafes near the hotel. Excellent location - there are many restaurants, cafes, transport nearby (there is also parking). The room has a kettle and dishes. Good sound insulation - you can't hear your neighbors. The bed is on the “second floor” - if you have issues with your knees this could be a problem.

This does not apply to the hotel, but trash is collected from the nearby street every night. Which is very good, but noisy.
