It was very good to lodge very close to the promenade over the see. Fortunately I saw the lift otherwise there are two floors by steps, but when you have spoken with the people at the reception, everything is easier. The rooms were quite big, but I expected it having booked a suite apartment, and the bed was very comfortable

I didn't have many expectation about cooking, but there was no kitchen available, not a basin/tap, not even the water and I had to fill the boiler from the toilet tap. Fortunately i went for a pizza. There is a table for four people but not any facilities to eat. Only a microwave oven and a water boiler for the coffee.

The room was clean, the bed was huge and super comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and very spacious. Had a mini fridge in the room and kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar. The reception area was inviting and well presented. Staff were super helpful and accommodating of my needs/requests.

WiFi is quite weak and disconnects at times. No milk in the room (I personally don't take milk but would be nice for people who do). Also, no sweetener (again, personally, I didn't mind). Water pressure isn't great and I had a lukewarm shower on my last day but otherwise, it was fine

The apartment was great, the entire neighborhood was outstandingly stylish with all the elegant buildings and villas around. Easy to get to it, easy to find. Super clean, serviced every day, top quality finishing and decorations, bed was comfortable, the extra room/living room was an awesome addition, especially with its own TV, additional to the one in the bedroom. Beautiful views from the room and the balcony was lovely and elegantly equipped.

access to the room is slightly tricky, with several keys from outside gate up to the room, takes a little getting used to, but nothing to worry about. It would be great to have all day reception, instead of commencing at 14.00.

The location is really nice and clean, close to the peer promenade and like 20 minute walk to the beach. Parking available in the property (even with VW T6 van). Really nice staff, clean and spacious room with a small balcony. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Pet friendly (our doggo loves the room) :)

The bed headboard wasn´t secured probably so anytime you moved in bed it was knocking on the wall. Also the fridge in the room is quite noisy, considering you´re sleeping next to it it can be quite annoying.

The location was great for us, able to park in garage @ hotel. Room/apart (not sure what to call it ) spacious, modern clean . Terrace with great views (Room 201). There are quite a few stairs which were fine for us maybe not everyone. There is a lift. Able to walk to beachfront cafes . Fairly steep walk part of the way back . Best of all pet friendly .

It’s a bit confused is it a room or apartment. description says kitchenette has microwave, fridge . No sink, toaster, cutlery or crockery . We asked reception and they did provide .

The room was adequately equipped, lovely decor and presentation of apartment. Location was great 5-10 mins to centre, marina, bars, restaurants & shopping. Staff exceptional English, friendly and helpful, apartment cleaned every day with change of towels. Check in process late at night was clearly communicated on the day & we had no problems whatsoever and Staff also arranged free car parking. Would highly recommend & we will be staying here again.

Bed was enormous, the balcony was spacious, the bathroom was excellent. We were greeted very warmly. Location was perfect for the centre and the waterfront.

As other people have mentioned in the reviews, it would have been good to have had coffee for the coffee machine. But a very minor point - so many wonderful cafes in Santander to find the real thing.

This is a lovely place to stay. The apartment facilities are excellent. Stunning decor throughout. Kitchen facilities that include a washing machine and dishwasher. Large shower room and lovely bedroom with comfortable bed and good linen. There is a small terrace with views overlooking the Sea. We booked a car parking space that is first come first served at no extra charge. We were met by a charming lady who couldn't have been more helpful. The property is very near the front where there are plenty of bars and eateries. Fantastic.

Communication was excellent even before we booked; our questions were answered quickly and every effort was made to help us. When we arrived we were greeted by Mar & Marie who were wonderful and made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including a lovely little balcony overlooking the beautiful tree lined street. Car parking was easy - they have their own garage - as was access in / out of the building itself. Conveniently located within a few minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants.

I would recommend this to everyoe going to Santander! We arrived and immediately felt at home, after a warm welcome and touristic explanation by the recpetion. The rooms in the appartment were even bigger than on the pictures and we had everything we needed in it, including cooking material, a big fridge, a clothing iron and a hair dryer. The personnel was friendly and helpful. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the sea and the most popular eating/drinking spots of Santander.

Everything was more than perfect. They explained to us that they couldn't be at the reception 24/7, which is understandable. That's why the reception wasn't always open, but that didn't bother our plans in any way, since everything was well explained beforehand.
