Receptionist was v informative and gave us lots of information about local restaurants etc. She also gave us a nap and pinpointed locations. Breakfast was v varied and nicely presented. Cleaning staff excellent and standard of cleaning likewise. Bathroom facilities v efficient eg power of shower and water temperature etc. New towels when requested. Room (Oxford) v pleasant but wardrobe space for a week quite tight.

Coffee machine available for coffee and hot water was not suitable for numbers and regularly needed filled with water and didn't always work as it should. Reception staff (mainly) spoke 3 languages but when I tried to speak.to them in Spanish they always answered in English. We would have preferred something hot eg eggs with breakfast.

A beautiful boutique hotel, close to El Sardinero beach . The hotel was immaculate and rooms creatively decorated in the style of major cities. Breakfast had such a choice, and we were accommodated with an early check out . Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the places to visit and restaurants to try . The owners , Terresa , and Carlos , couldn't have been more welcoming. A perfect place as a base to explore Santander and the North Coast of Spain.

Understand that there is only one twin room, Sienna, but would be good if the doubles were able to accommodate twin beds .

Very approachable, friendly and helpful staff - phoned up a recommended restaurant to help me navigate through the dinner arrangements. The hotel size and features give a personal and ambient feel to the stay. Room was themed as all of them are. This is a very nice touch and makes the stay something extra to look forward to. Excellent prime location next to the beach and optimally positioned for reaching notable green spaces. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Was walked through the setup upon arrival, the food was great and, again, thanks to the size of the hotel, it was a very relaxing experience.

Nothing. If / when I visit Santander again, will first and foremost explore the possibility of staying here again.

Great budget hotel in Santander, very close to the beach and other sea activities. Not very high prices, clean and welcoming rooms cleaned once a day and always leave a bottle of water. There is air conditioning but I did not need it given the Atlantic climate, the room also had a small balcony. Friendly staff available for explanations and information, they speak English and Italian too. Many restaurants nearby and enchanting beaches but breakfast included abundant and tasty.

We liked the hosts, cleanliness, breakfast, facilities, location and the great attention to service. It was a very professional establishment, you could tell attention to guests needs had been clearly thought through. There are beaches and bars minutes from the hotel and we found it easy to park in the street next door and the bus service gets you into the centre quickly. The hop on hop off bus allows you to get your bearings. The beaches are many and great - all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our trip to Santander.

We had the Tokyo room as we booked literally the night before and every other room was booked out. The bed and room was smaller than we would have liked but we were only there overnight and we had everything we needed.

The lady in charge ws exceptional in her customer service. I arrived at the hotel after walking from Guames as part of the Camino and was struggling to walk with a painful knee. She called a taxi for me to go to the pharmacist so I could get a knee support. The following day, she served me breakfast as I was unable to walk to the buffet table to help myself. She then arranged another taxi for me to get to the Health Centre, kept my bag for me and then on my return let me sit in the hotel making arrangements to return to the UK. She then arranged yet another taxi to get to the bus station. She was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful and kind and made a very stressful time much less so. The hotel itself was lovely and I hope to go back next year to restart my Camino journey

Price, location and hotel are great. Breakfast is fulfilling. The personnel were very friendly.

We had a room in the basement and since the ceiling is rather small, my husband hit his head. They had warned us about it and they provided us with ice packs. I think having a more prominent sign on place would help guests to prevent an injury, as we cannot remember always what is mentioned during check in. Apart from that, it’s been a great experience

This is as the name suggests is a small hotel but big on style. The room was perfect for a short stay comfortable bed, quality shower room, adequate storage for clothes and a safe. Lovely breakfast room with a good choice of fresh fruit, breads, croissant, cheese and meats and a choice of teas and coffees. A good start to the day. The location is great for the vast beach and costal walks. Excellent bus service into the city centre. The staff need a special mention very professional and helpful with local advice top people, thank you.

I rained one night but I can’t blame the hotel or staff for that. Apart from that we had an excellent stay.

This is a really lovely small hotel in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, just a block or two from the beach. The owners have done a nice job renovating and furnishing each room with a geographical theme. Ours happened to be the "Costa Rica" room, with a few artistic touches suggesting the jungle, but more importantly, with a door leading directly out to a patio and grassy yard. Air conditioning was a nice bonus, as was the ample buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly & gracious.

A small refrigerator and a coffee/tea pot in the room would have been appreciated.

Beautiful small hotel, with modern facilities. It was in an excellent location, just steps away from the beach, and yet it was exceptionally quiet. Free parking practically in front of the door, along the avenue. As a single traveler, I stayed in the Stockholm room, their only single room. It was small but cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Very friendly staff. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a long time, and very reasonably priced.
