The hotel was lovely. We had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Very comfortable and clean. Staff excelled themselves, helping us with a problem. We only ate at the hotel restaurant once as we wanted more food options, but there are plenty of walkable choices with a variety of tasty offerings. Fantastic location. The pool area was also amazing, with a stunning infinity pool and plenty of sun loungers.

Price of the breakfast was a bit steep. We decided to go to the cafe 2 minutes walk away which wasuch cheaper and delicious.

The hotel was spotless and maid service every day if required. And the view was fantastic

There was nothing we didn’t like, our room didn’t get sun in afternoon and pool doesn’t get sun in afternoon, very windy, even on a very hot day but I still used pool, beautiful ( amazing views). Had breakfast once, cost 17 euros, buffet style( no option just to have a coffee and toast) had to pay full price, fine if you are a big eater in morning. Ate dinner in hotel once, was delicious and good value. These are not complaints, we were out all day so no sun on balcony wasn’t a problem and would recommend this hotel

We had a twin room with balcony and sea view. The view was fabulous. It was fairly quiet all day and overlooked the pool. Very clean. The balcony was great - once we had lunch there, and we often had a drink. Worth the extra cost. The Panorama restaurant served excellent food at a good price. The baked cheesecake was amazing. Staff were all friendly and professional. Location for us was perfect, as it was quiet and peaceful. 15 minutes walk inland takes you to Move and Go, where you can swim in the pool and use the gym/ do classes for 12 euros a day. Yogurt and nice bread available for breakfast. You can eat breakfast outside if you want.

The breakfast coffee from the machine was terrible. There is also filter coffee available but not easily spotted. This is acceptable but still not good when coffee in Spain is usually reliably so. Not much usable floor space for the price in the room.

Staff were always friendly, helpful and very professional. We loved the pool (although a little cold at this time of year-April). The adjoining restaurant was exceptional, with plenty of choice (including vegan options). Everything was clean, stylish, well looked after with attention to detail.

The room was a family room with two very comfortable single beds and a double sofa bed that could have been a little more comfortable, but all in all was fine for us. We had a view out over the sea/beach which was lovely, but my husband would have liked one of the rooms with a balcony.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in recent years because it is ideally located for a relaxed start or end to a longer stay in Spain. On this occasion, we spent the final 3 days of a 6-week stay in Spain while we waited for the ferry's departure. It maintains a high standard of comfort at a very competitive price.

The breakfast was very poor, both in quality and the very limited variety, and represented low value for money. This is the only aspect of the hotel's offerings that we feel could be improved at the price level it operates in.

We got upgraded to room 227 and we had a lovely view. The infinity pool was gorgeous and it made for such a relaxing stay after 5 days on the Camino. The staff bar none were totally charming and very proactive and well trained. Very good. The best we had on our journey

There was a bit of noise transfer between the rooms and the coffee wasn't great at breakfast. The location on the beach is spectacular but it is 50mins walk away from the shops. Not an issue for us but if you are on a city break it may make a difference.

The proximity to the sea was amazing. I could heard the waves from my room, and it was beautiful every morning when I left the hotel. The pool was pretty, and deserted in late September. Room was clean and large (I had a wheelchair accessible one, which was almost certainly bigger than the usual). The hotel restaurant was nice the one meal I had there, and there's a great Japanese restaurant just around the corner. The lifts were always available and there was level access from the hotel entrance to my room.

The pool was very cold, fairly small, and not at all accessible. It's on the first floor but can only be accessed via a flight of stairs from the ground floor. The window in my room was small and high up on one corner, so that I could only actually see the sea view rather than the sky if I went and stood right next to the window. Not great for a wheelchair accessible room. Also, the information on booking.com wasn't accurate when I booked - it had my room specifically marked as entire unit on ground floor but when I asked it turned out none of those rooms were on the ground floor. The location is nice for the beach, but a bit inconvenient for a lot of the city and for transport links.

Very clean rooms, modern decor, lovely pool area with incredible views, amazing location along the el Sardinero promenade and a short walk to other smaller coves and beaches. Balcony was a plus! Lots to choose from at breakfast.

- Room was on the smaller side (however we had an unexpected balcony!) - Hotel can be super busy in the summer and we weren’t aware you’re supposed to book time slots for sun beds on the pool terrace which seemed a little strange. Also the pool area feels more designed and suitable for adults-only. - Would be great to have some anti-slip mats around the pool area as it gets very wet and slippery and quite dangerous. - The breakfast room isn’t laid out very well and is super chaotic (Also for some reason all the sandwiches seemed to have ham in them - not great for vegetarians)

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and I loved dining at the PANORAMA restaurant. The continental breakfast was delicious too. My room was spacious and had an amazing sea view—what a treat to wake up to every morning! I also liked the idea of the water stations in the hall, where you can refill your bottles. It was a pleasant surprise that I could buy all the essentials in the vending machine near the lifts or reception area. The infinity pool deserves a separate review; it is a very nice place for pictures and just relaxing.

We had a lovely sea view and the hotel was located at the far end of the promenade. This meant we had the whole length to walk, which was really good. The room would have benefited from a couple of easy chairs and a small table. However, space would have prohibited that. The food, during the evening, was beyond delicious!

We weren´t keen on the pool. It had sun loungers on it, which took up quite a lot of space. This meant that there was only a narrow strip in which to swim. So, by the time there was a couple of children in that part of the pool, swimming was not possible.
