Room was small but very nice and had everything we needed. The bed was a bit hard but it was alright overall. Having two different pillows to choose from was also very nice. Breakfast had all the essentials and leftover croissants and muffins could be snacked on throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and the self check-in since we arrived late at night worked seamlessly.

The walls of the adjacent rooms arent very thick so you hear everything. Unfortunately we had extremely noisy neighbours on our last night who were listening to music and talking very loudly until 4am, which would not have mattered if the room was a bit more soundproof. The windows aren't very soundproof either, however there is not that much traffic on the street so it's alright. The light that gets into the room during the morning so I would definitely recommend bringing a sleeping mask and earplugs if you are sensitive to noises and light.

We arrived at our check in time (3pm as requested) although only the cleaning lady was available to help us. She was very helpful despite the language barrier. We were able to check in, have a cup of tea & chill. Breakfast was included & excellent. The Receptionist was very helpful when he arrived. Our room was clean & comfortable & the bathroom had all we required plus some extra toiletries The beach was a 5-10 minute walk away with 2 supermarkets nearby and restaurants/cafes

That despite what the reviews said, there was nowhere to park at the property. We managed to find a park on the street some way away which was lucky but it was raining all day & night and there was a steep walk up to the property which meant 2 trips from the car with the luggage. The room itself was not as big as we expected

It was really good Suite, nice and clean. It was not far from the beach and city centre. The didn’t have parking but you can park outside for free. The breakfast was not what expected. I don’t know is that something Spanish or not, but they didn’t had eggs and everything was sweet except coffee it was bitter.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the seaside but not too far from the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always happy to help. We’d also paid for the added breakfast, which was varied and of good quality.

The room temperature was quite warm and the thermostat was set on heat mode. Despite numerous attempts to switch it to cool mode, we ended up giving up as it wouldn’t work. We just opened the window instead and, despite being a bit noisy outside, we still managed to sleep. Not a big deal :)

Large and clean room. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast selection is a continental style buffet with a good selection of bread, meats, fruit, yoghurt, juices, cakes etc. The lounge area with a free coffee machine was a really nice touch! Easy parking nearby on the street for free. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the Segunda Playa del Sardinero beach. Easy access to the old town and city center by buses no. 1, 2, 3, 6, 21 (the bus stop is located at 3 min walk).

Excellent location for a weekend trip! The room and all other areas were spotlessly clean and really well presented with modern finishes. The breakfast selection was a well stocked continental style buffet with a selection of bread, meats, fruit, yoghurt, juices, cakes etc. The lounge area with a free coffee machine was a really nice touch! Although the lady didn’t speak any English we managed well with her online translator and had a bit of a laugh with it! Loved the individuality of the rooms. Would book a larger one in future. An excellent stopover for the ferry.

Wasn’t sure where to put my suitcase so kept it under the sink. Free parking in the street was great and easy as we arrived in the early afternoon. Not sure how close we would’ve got if we’d arrived later.

All as promised on booking. Close to ocean/beach. Modern and clean interior, very quiet outside and inside. Staff very polite. Everything on time, always. All works, nothing broken.

Staff at reception should be English speaking (at least partial, since it's a tourist facility). After a few days an English speaking person appeared though. It wasn't a big problem for me since I speak a bit of Spanish. Coffee and tea weren't too good. But the rest of breakfast wast totally fine.

Sweet indeed. This accommodation is very cozy and quiet. We had the room La Primera and it was just perfect. The matress is a delight. Cleaning service on point every single day. Maria has been super nice to us, offering us guidance. She is very customer oriented but in the most natural way. Highly appreciated service. If I would return to Santander, I would definitely do it also because of Suite Home. P.S. Breakfast was just fine, I also enjoyed the coffee.

There's really nothing to dislike.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room spotlessly clean and we'll equipped. Fantastic beach area with restaurants and amazing Promenade.

Maybe a longer climb back in the evening than I expected.
