The location was about 30 minutes outside of the city using the local bus which you get just round the corner from the bus station and opposite the city hall, the line 13 bus going to cueto/Lluja takes you right to the hotel. The room was lovely and clean and during our stay very quite we rarely heard our fellow guests at all. We found the staff very friendly and always willing to help with our questions. If your looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay I would recommend this hotel.

Lack of facilities in the deluxe room eg a kettle or hairdryer so we could have a tea or coffee while enjoying the view or dry our hair without having to get dressed and go downstairs to reception to ask for a hairdryer or get a coffee. It also lacked an information pack with nearby restaurants, shops, buses and how to get to the nearby beaches and places to visit. This would have been invaluable for people like us with very limited spanish.

Very responsive staff. Made my late check-in very easy, and was very helpful and attentive. They let me use the breakfast room so that I can make myself dinner: very nice! Since I was alone, they converted my room from twin beds to queen bed: nice initiative. Overall clean hotel, with large rooms, and tea/coffee bags at disposal. Close to supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood

The doors are quite old: they can make a lot of noise if people slam them. Location a bit far-away for pedestrians

Small, comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and easy check in/out/ Decent continental breakfast with good selection. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and good shower and plenty of hot water. A little bit of TLC/upgrading would have this hotel receiving better scores i feel. However no issues with our stay. Small selection of cafe/bars within short walk and bus stop just outside to take you to beach/centre of Santander

Nothing really

Receptionist is super kind and helpful, we have been received guidance on what to see and where to eat. Staircase is spacious, clean. The room was clean, quiet, and plain but comfy. We were lucky, there was not a lot of noise from the neighbours, though the walls are thin. Bed was really comfortable, air was moving when opening the windows, anyway there was a fan too for better cooling experience.

The hotel is great, the facilities are excellent and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Take bus number 13 from the stop on the sidewalk of the Post Office building, which is in front of a reflecting pool. Special mention to the employee at the reception, Javier, who was extremely friendly, attentive and very professional.

There are no negative points to highlight.

Staff at the hotel were like a family, very friendly and polite!It was a pleasure to talk to them. View from the room, sunset, were fantastic. Room was large and clean.We had WiFi without issues.Could park car at the property. It's really quiet area so really good after busy town. We enjoyed really that the hotel was so close to the bus so we did not use our car at all.very close there is magnificent lighthouse and bar that is open untill 12 am so very good for the families.

Just a small suggestion that maybe bed covers could be changed and also towels to upgrade the style but everything was really clean so I cannot say it is as bad:)I enjoyed this place and definitely come back if I'm in Santander again!

Great staff at reception, very friendly and helpful. There's a bus outside that goes to the centre. But if you want the airport, we were advised it's necessary to get a bus to the centre and then another one to the airport - so we went for a taxi, booked by receptions staff very helpfully - but around 30euros for a short trip so that's something to consider if you need to get to the airport early morning.

Good room - very clean and excelent sea view from the room. Good hosts - we didn't speak any Spanish but they helped with any queries that we had. very friendly, family owned business. Good location - 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, lots of local cafes and bars , and a supermarket all within walking distance. Bus no 13 right next to the hotel takes essentially the same route as the official tourist bus. don't particularly need a car.

every was great. the only thing to note is that this is a very Spanish area. no one speaks english.

Close to the beautiful beaches of Santander, one can walk into town along a scenic route and take the 13 bus back to the hotel. It's a quiet area but the local bar (Lola's) and pizzeria are excellent. The best thing was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially the night man! Do go up to the lighthouse at Cabo Largo.

Amazing stuff, the location is close to the beautiful beach "Mataleñas". Clean apartments. And a bathtub!

A bit far from the city center. No soundproof (we literally heard every single move/word in the corridor/ neighbouring apartments).
