To go to Palma old city centre, take public bus #23 and come down at Cathedral, ticket 2euros CASH ONLY Bus #23 outside the hotel goes straight to town and also to the bus/coach/train station (Estació de Bus) on Plaça d'Espanya. Many coaches bring you all over the island. Cheap and fast. Pay with cash or card on the coach.

No ventilation in the bathroom so lots of condensation inside! Same in the bedroom. Opening the window is essential as we reach 75% humidity after 3 showers!

The staff was very nice and the location was superb, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that has a direct connection to the airport. The breakfast is from 0800 until 1330, which is useful if you want to sleep in. We had a view of the sea. All the signs in the hotel were in Spanish, English, and German. There is a Lidle next to the hotel as well.

The vegan options at the breakfast were limited to a salad and fruit. It would be nice if there were some signs explaining which other breakfast items were vegan. The bathtub wasn't properly cleaned when we got the room, and one time the cleaners ignored the "let me sleep" hanger at the door. The lights in the room were 11 light bulbs on the ceiling, a small light on the nightstand would have been nice.

I liked yhe wide range of hours for breakfast from 8hs to 13:30hs. They call it BRUNCH, so you access the buffet as many times you want during that time. Also, checkin and checkout (till 12am) is great. The facility has a small gym, 3 swiming pools, a bar and pool table.

I would have liked to count with water heater in the room to make tea without going to the expresso machine often. On the other hand, room had a unique light. It would be nice to have nightstand or spot light.

No warm bed linen so we were quite cold in the early hours. No bedside lights so only very bright ceiling lights.

It’s pretty good. Great location, bus stop just across the road and it takes to the airport/ Palma…etc. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Edita but there was also another super friendly girl, didn’t ask for her name 🙈 The room itself is very basic but spotless. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is ok. Bacon could be done more but you’ll not go with the empty stomach. You can choose from cereal, cold meat, vegetables, fired stuff and finish with something sweet.

Everything was exceptional. Very kind staff. Cleanliness everywhere. The food was for all tastes and very delicious. Many places to relax. Comfortable beds, washing machine, gym, swimming pool. Congratulations and thanks for everything. I definitely recommend this place.

They were accommodated at the same time by a gang of very noisy german teenagers who were slamming the doors.

The drive from the airport was roughly 20 minutes which was great. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to mega park. The room was clean, there was enough storage and the curtains made it dark enough to sleep in. The staff was unbelievable helpful and nice. Pool was nice too. The hotel has a curtesy shower where you can get ready for your flight after check out which is amazing. So you can still enjoy the day at the beach without worrying where to get ready for your flight.

Great concept with the unlimited brunch. Was good going for breakfast and then back for lunch. Rooms spacious, clean, basically everything you need. Loved that you could hire beach towels. Plenty of sunbeds. Five minute walk to the front.

Wish there had been a bedside light. Was too bright with all the ceiling lights. Walls are a bit thin, could hear the conversations and music in the next room.

The staffs are very nice and accomodating. We went there on my boyfriend's birthday and the staff bought him a cake as a gift. Super nice experience, we also got free drink to celebrate. The hotel is also near to Lidl and 5mins walk to the beach. Staffs also prepared breakfast for us in advance at the time that we are going earlier than the breakfast time.

There were no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the smell kinda stays there. The brunch is also always the same thing.
