The hotel’s location is excellent: cross the bridge, and you’ll be in the famous Traiana neighborhood. The Bus station is 3-minute away, while the main attractions are a 10-15-minute walk away. The room was nice and they provide Rituals toiletries. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful; ask them to recommend local restaurants, you will not regret it. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop terrace stunning. During they day, they provide snacks and refreshments in the lobby and the room mini bar with water and juice is free and replenished daily. I was touched by the welcome message and gift 😬 It is worthwile to mention I was traveling alone and felt safe at all times.

My room was a the 3rd floor and had a side view. However, the soundproofing is not extraodinary and you can hear everything. The earplugs available in the room proved to be very useful.

We had the most amazing start at the Kivir hotel in Seville for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. We stayed for 4 nights (3 via booking.com and 1 booked directly). A huge thank you to the restaurant and bar staff. We enjoyed my cake, candles, fizz and happy birthday singing on the morning of my birthday. We also really loved the roof bar. What a perfect spot on a nice sunny day. The reception team and the cleaning team also looked after us well. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The extra touches were great - a couple of birthday gifts, free coffee, snacks, cake and cold drinks every afternoon downstairs was a lovely unexpected surprise. We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance for everything. Right by the river. It was busy outside on a Saturday night - the atmosphere was great and we didn’t hear anything when we went to bed. Loved our stay. Thank you.

I can simply say everything or as my wife said “It ticked all the boxes “. The location is perfect and near to everything; the touristic areas, restaurants, shops, Plaza de Espania, everything. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The room was capacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you will need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable. They offer a menu for the pillows from which you can choose which ever pillow you want. There was a very nice coffee center with a lot of complimentary drinks. The bathroom is marvellous. The breakfast was an unforgettable experience. The location on the roof with a nice view of Al Kivir river. The food was of very good quality, of diverse choices and generous. The cleanliness was exquisite as expected. The hotel staff are amazing. All of them were very helpful, pleasant and professional. They offer help and advice with a very friendly and sincere way. You don’t have to ask twice, they get you what you want immediately. I truly have to thank them for making our trip unforgettable.

The bathroom has a huge window at the shower area. Although the glass is frosted, but at night the silhouette of the person taking the bath could be seen from the street. I suggest putting a curtain or something to cover the glass window during taking a shower.

Lovely hotel, would recommend this. Location is good, Convenient for tourist bus or others. Easy walk to many attractions and around shopping areas and to places like Triana and the river itself with lovely walkways. Clean, smart and modern. Amazing room, bathroom and bed. USB plug in (no need for adapters), huge bed. Great convenient storage and safe. Glazing excellent sound proofing from roadway, but great view too. Breakfast/roof top lounge/bar great venue, Excellent range of food and friendly and helpful staff. Nice touches: fridge drinks, coffee lounge/cake downstairs, vanity packs and shower products. Great location by the river, our room had so many extra touches including complimentary water & juice mini bar, Ritual toiletries, pillow menu and sleep kits (but with the excellent windows there was no noise in our road/river facing room. The complimentary coffee downstairs was a welcome extra and was used by all the guests. An extra shout out to the friendly and efficient staff….at reception, breakfast and in the night time bar. Also parking in the nearby underground garage was convenient.

The pool is tiny, which is fine once people are aware that it’s just a plunge pool.

It is by far my favorite hotel in Seville, the location is great, the hotel stuff is just great, all off them very polite and friendly. Complimentary drinks and snacks are always available. The breakfast is amazing, great variety meat cuts and cheese, many fruits and pastries. And then a little egg menu. The view from the terrace is really nice, specially at sunset. Seville can be really hot summer and the pool is just great to take a little break. The location is very convenient, you don’t have to carry all your luggage through this narrow street, the hotel is on a nice Main Street and you have a parking space just in front of the building. The cathedral is just 10’ away by foot.

The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. I think I got an accessible room, because I was on the main floor and the shower was massive. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The daily breakfast was good, had all the basics and you could order a variety of eggs, which was included in the price. In the room, there was a mini fridge that was stocked each day with 2 bottles of water and juices, all included in price, which was a very nice touch! During the day, there was a coffee bar stocked with pastries and snacks open to all guests. Location was 10 mins from cathedral, right across the bridge from Triana and the market, and had tons of bars and restaurants around.

I didn’t like the security, or lack there of, of my room. No secondary lock on the door, and as mentioned was on the first floor. There’s a door separating the hallway with the rooms and the elevator foyer, I suggest they make that door secure with a key card swipe that only guests on that floor can access. There was a strange door that was locked in the shower. It was a large, frosted glass door. When showering, it was jarring and scary to be able to hear cars or people on the street outside the shower.

The room was clean, modern, comfortable with everything you’d need for a stay. You could upgrade pillows and help yourself to the mini bar free of charge. Easily order room service or from the restaurant downstairs. The property was located a walk away from everything we needed. The staff were lovely to deal with and accommodated all of our requests. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop lounge.

The Hotel Kivir is perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in Oct and were continually surprised by the hotel and the little extra's they provide. Would highly recommend a stay there. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and lovely food with a view of the river. Beds were comfortable and there was even a pillow menu. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom had lovely toiletries. Lots of extras provided (toothbrush, sleeping mask, ear plugs, shower cap, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers etc etc) and free soft drinks in the mini bar! Free snacks and drinks in the lobby too was a great extra. The hotel was in a brilliant location, overlooking the river and a short walk from the cathedral, bull ring, and other sites. Really easy to get around. There is a small pool on the roof with a couple of deck chairs which was great to cool off after a hot day, but be warned it is too small to do lengths. :o)

I don't think there was much to improve on - it was all great.

Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice for continental breakfast. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. Brilliant location, only a few minutes walk to all of the attractions we wanted to visit.

The room temperature was difficult to alter, which meant the room was very hot at night as the air conditioning continually stopped working. It would have been nice to have some breakfast tea bags which weren’t available
