Location was good 15 min walk to old town although longer for us as my partner walks with a stick so a closer hotel for us would have been easier. Room size was great very big.

There was a bar and restaurant attached to Hotel which had an enclosed terrace as it was a bit chilly we wanted to eat in there but they would not let us take our dog. We would have spent 100euro plus for dinner so it was their loss.

The hotel is easy to get to and the staff were friendly. It is dog friendly and we got a dog bed and welcome pack for our dog. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Toledo.

The parking was paid (next door €17/day). However, the hotel didn’t give us instructions before we checked in and we had to park outside, checkin and then go to the car park. Unfortunately, 3 other people turned up at the same time as us so it was very chaotic and blocked the road. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have just given us directions to the car park beforehand as it would have been a lot less stressful for everyone!

Good location, although a short walk from the centre, oposite the bullring. Parking was in underground car park and secure, about 20 euros. Good size rooms, not much of a view, we had a generator outside our room and thought the noise might be a problem although it wasn't. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

When we asked about parking outside they said it was fully booked, although the same empty spaces were there the next morning. These would have been free and part of the hotel, although we were told to park in underground car park and pay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and had a lovely spacious feel. Our room was large and bright, great shower and large comfy bed. I also love the fact that they are so pet friendly….next time I will bring my dog 🥰

The parking was convenient but expensive. The breakfast could be improved by adding a salad bar, soya or oat milk option and even some veggie sausages or grilled veg. They need to cater a bit more for vegetarians and people who don’t drink cows milk. Luckily I eat eggs and enjoyed the tortilla plus some yoghurt with fruit and muesli but this buffet was very minimal Compared to others that I’ve had.

Best hotel of our trip to Spain. Very large room and very good breakfast. I was doubting if the distance to the city center would not be an issue, but there is a busstop just a few m from the hotel and every 10 min or so, there is a bus going to the center (were parking is expensive) and the bus is only 1,20 € per ride (to be paid in cash only). Breakfast was great

Parking is at extra cost (free on sundays), but at least you can find space to get rid of your car. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but a Burger King on the other side of the road (just in case one is desperate) and a tapas bar next door. And plenty of restaurants and tapas bars in the city center. We liked El Trébol most.

The property is lovely very well presented and our room was huge and extremely comfortable , we travelled with our small dog and she had a bed in the room and a bowl provided the bath room was wonderful and water pressure was very very good lovely soaps etc provided Breakfast was lovely amazing choice and lovely breakfast room beautiful decor

The reception staff were not very helpful at all and not very friendly either which wasn’t really a nice experience when asked anything they just told you to use the app or scan the code ?! 🙄 However the Breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful .

The hotel have an own, underground parking place, even approaching it is not easy. A little problem is that there is no direct way from the parking to the hotel, therefore you must stop in front of the hotel for emptying the boot, then driving to the parking (15 €/day). The room is big, comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, according to the Sercotel standards. Bus stop towards the historical town is 100 m far from the hotel, number 5 or 41 are recommended (Alcazar, Zocodover square).

Renewal of the hotel would be due.

Rooms clean and well equipped. Kettle and tea/coffee provided. Fridge with mini bar. Easy walk to Toledo old town. Staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Room was very hot and stuffy and we couldn't keep window open as on a very busy road. Think it should be mentioned that air conditioning is seasonal and therefore not available at certain times of the year. Not sure that we would have booked this hotel if we had known. However it didn't spoil our trip.

The hotel was spacious, nicely decorated and well positioned for local amenities. The garage car parking was useful as we were concerned about leaving our car in the street. The superior room was a good size, very quiet, with an excellent shower and bath. The cleanliness of the room and hotel generally was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There is private parking for a rate a day, (main reason why I chose this hotel) , though subject to availability seems there's always space and it's a relief given the fact that everywhere around are green or blue zones (pay zones) Beds were really comfy Good location and close to amenities.
