Absolutely family friendly hotel! I love that everyone was so attentive not just to us but to our little one who’s just 16 months old - no one panicked when she threw a tantrum as she was teething. Food is also absolutely delicious! Thank You to Melia Team 🙂

Accessing the Spa Pool was not free it was €20 for an hour and only if not fully booked - I certainly think this should be accessible to all guests. The beach club was also charged to hotel guests - you couldn’t sit in the beach beds it was charged at €19 a day so for guests who want to be at the beach please prepare yourself for this added expense. The water was during dinner was also charged which did not make any sense - why are guests being charged for a bottle of water while having dinner?

Courtesy staff. Great location. Newly refurbished lobby, very moden. Deli bfast & dinner.

Swimming pool not heated, can never be used in winter - as if no swimming pool at all. Room was newly refurbished but wall was left empty without any decoration. Room was not sound proof at all, can hear ppl walking and talking along the corridor and tv sounds too from the other room.

I really like the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the spa. The gym is really clean and had the equipment that I needed.

I know it’s winter. However, I hoped that one pool would be heated. Also, I was hoping that the spa would be open every day seen it was a beast busy two weeks.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and food for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding.

We believe that sunbeds on the beach area should be included and not charged for as extra. There is a practice of reserving sunbeds on the front row seemingly for random guests and many remain empty for the day. This seems a little discriminatory. Some of the beach towels and sunbeds around the pool could do with replacing

The property was very well located, the beach is in front of the hotel and the beach club is very good. Sun beds need to be paid separate. We went with our one and a half year old baby and everyone treated us very well. The breakfast is very good quality and the restaurants in general were good

Internet connection was not very good and we needed to pay every day we wanted clean beach towels. I would expect the hotel to absorb that cost considering the hotel is not cheap. All the rest is was amazing and I would definitely come back

Comfortable beds. Great Balcony and views. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very good restaurant on the beach. Beach lounges across the street, ocean was beautiful in this area. Top notch breakfast. Good area for walking around the town. Totally worth it.

Sending a personal message to property about one rude employee. All others were very helpful.

1. The rooms are really clear. 2. The best view are rooms in front of the sea (only suits rooms) and on the swimming pool. If you book a deluxe room, the view can be not so good with a piece of the sea and parking an 3. The waiters are super nice. Thanks to a female waiter on the rooftop (not level). 4. Changing a room was quite easy. The receptionist wasn’t annoyed with this thing (as some receptionists do in other hotels). 5. You can enjoy time in this hotel not even going outside. Several spots to sunbathe if you’re bored with the same view. Several bars, massage …

1. I was in April. Only one rooftop is open, another is for people from suit. Anyway I checked this “VIP” rooftop too and on Friday night it was empty and less fun. So what’s the reason to do that? Probably it work for high season when there are a lot of guests. 2. At dinner menu there is no coffee or tea. Well, I don’t drink alcohol every day. I don’t drink sugar sparkling drinks at all (coca cola, Fanta etc). So my option can be only water which is strange. Also at dinner you need to pay for drinks even your dinner is included.

The hotel is beautiful and I would definitely return. The location is great for accessing both Torrimolinos and Benalmedena with lovely walks to both resorts and the old town. The hotel itself was great, the pool area was clean and tidy with incredible views. The balcony (we were in a suite) also boasted great views and was large enough for the 4 of us staying. The breakfast....yummy! So much choice, fresh and had everything that anyone could want for breakfast and great time slots too. The Beach Bar was lovely, good was great, service was fab and the food was amazing. A really relaxed atmosphere and staff were friendly.

The suite we were staying in was lovely and a few small issues that would just improve rather than cause major concern. - The placing of the fridge, coffee maker and kettle was unsafe, so if we wanted to use the kettle we had to balance it in front of the fridge which was dangerous (especially if you have children). - We were late checking into our room because it wasn't ready despite arriving on a very early flight and informing the hotel we would be there from check in at 2pm. Prior to arrival we checked that we would be able to access the room on time to decorate our friends room and add some wine, we were told that they couldn't do anything (fair enough) but check in at 2pm would be fine.

Good food and plenty of choices. Great location.

I could have saved a lot of money by booking with the hotel directly. Not many gluten free choices for food.

Amazing location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views from the rooftop. Overall a good hotel.

You can hear everything from the rooms next door :(, breakfast had almost no veggies and very little fruits which is surprising for such a high standard hotel.
