Room size, furnishings and facilities. Convenience in terms of location, access to covered parking, quietness, panoramic views over mountains and countryside. Efficiency.

Breakfast had good variety but the cooked elements were so-so. Egg was dry and only available as scrambled, bacon and sausages were undercooked. Layout such as bread, toaster and butter were uncoordinated, milk was a long way from cereals, for instance and coffee machines were away from rest of food. Juice was on the other side of the room from cereals, etc. were

A really nice hotel in a fantastic location. There’s a train station right outside, making it easy to reach the center of Madrid in just 30 minutes. We left our car in their private parking, which is securely closed at night, and relied on public transportation. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was also very accommodating, even allowing us to fill our water bottles with their filtered water. A great experience overall!

The only thing that bothered us a bit was how warm the rooms are set by default—26ºC, even when it was just 3ºC outside. However, you can adjust the temperature to your preference.

This is a large hotel with parking, a business center, modern design, and an amazing stained-glass dome. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, armchairs for relaxing, and a desk for work. The bathroom is large as well, featuring a bathtub with hydromassage. There is also a big balcony. Breakfast was varied, and I especially appreciated the wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

Unfortunately, dinner was not available at the hotel, but there are several restaurants and cafés just a five-minute walk away.

They gave us a free room upgrade to a suite so that was very nice of them and the suite was very spacious. We overall had a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean and for the price point it is good value for money. The parking was free and safe so that’s definitely a bonus if you have a car.

We felt that this hotel had seen better times, although all the rooms were booked as per the staff members there was no one in the hotel and it made it seem very eerie and slightly haunting. The amenities were also lacking for a 4 star hotel such a dental kit, slippers, coffee machine, bathrobes etc. The location is a little far from Madrid so it is better if you have a car.

The facility is very beautiful and quite up to date. The parking lot (included in our trip) was very convenient. The suite was very nice and generous.

The location in Tres Cantos (20 km outside of Madrid) feels like a ghost town. We left the hotel in our own car looking for a place to eat, and the area felt like a school campus when all the students are out of town. The king size bed was not very comfortable (I don't like springs) The mini fridge was not very cold, even after being plugged in all night.

This was our last stop before flying home and therefore a perfect place to stay. It is close to the airport in a quiet suburb of Madrid. Staff is very friendly and the room is luxurious, clean and with a great bed (both in size as in comfort ;) Free parking in the garage.

I really don’t understand the fact the hotel have no bar or restaurant service on a holiday day , it is a 4 star hotel . The hotel was full apparently . You think they would have at least a personnel on duty to serve people coffee or beers /cold sandwiches . We got really late and we could not get dinners on the way but we thought we could get something in the bar to relax at least . We had the beers in the mini bar but it is not the same as beers serve in a bar . The answer was that is a holiday and everything is close but you could walk to get something nearby the station .

The location is great and close to the train station. We also had an underground parking available. The room and bathroom is very spacious! The hotel is clean and quiet. The shower and bath is amazing with two shower heads and a bubble bath function. The WiFi works well.

There is no fridge in the room, except for a small mini-bar that can keep small items cool. There is no kettle in the room nor toilet brush in the bathroom.

We liked that there was a very luxurious shower and a jacuzzi. Also the room was very spacious. The balcony was very cool.

The door of the bathroom was not private enough, there was no English subtitles or TV shows on the TV, the water temperature in the shower was hard to control, the outside of the hotel building was not very inviting.

The breakfast was good. The room was larger than most. There was a nice spa bath to use. Parking was free. It was an easy walk to the train station to get into Madrid.

The air conditioning pulled through smells from the room next door. We could smell when they were smoking so had to turn it off to stop the smell. Definitely an older style hotel in a non tourist area.
