We ate a few meals here and really liked the food and service from the staff. We stayed here again after this initial stay for another 3 days mostly because of the staff and also because weekend rates in Madrid were crazily high. The room size was very big and we had no problem with our 6 suitcases (some huge!) and 4 carry on bags. The room was clean and towels were great too. It’s near Tres Cantos train station and easy to go to central Madrid. We did the train to Charmatin Station and then changed to metro. Now that we’ve been here in Madrid for several weeks, I think the buses may have been quicker. There are supermarkets very close too if you’re wanting snacks or more. Tres Cantos is a quiet area & safe feeling area as well.

The air conditioning was necessary for our first couple of days and it wasn’t cold enough for us. (Runs colder in Japan maybe) It’s definitely a bit far from central Madrid but not crazy far. It’s noticeable if/when the trains are running late which happens more often than what we are used to coming from Japan.

This was a really nice clean comfortable hotel. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful, thank you very much! For example, I had an early flight and a really early good taxi was reserved for me smoothly. And cleaning staff nice also, with excellent service, the room was spacious and cleaning was done excellently. Internet was also good. There were also a great reasonable supermarket nearby at the station, and also nearer mart which was also quite useful. I was visiting friends so did not have the opportunity since eating with them, but the hotel restaurant looked very nice also with friendly atmosphere. Really nice and comfortable stay, thank you very much!

Located in a very quiet place very good for relax after a noisy day in Madrid. Room is quiet big. Very clean.

The mini bar was not mentioned in room facilities but we as a family we need it so I recommend it. And they don’t have a microwave for a common use! Bathroom need some shelf and hanger to hang things.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. Didn’t eat here but meet friends later at the bar for a drink and that was very good (nice white wine) Access to Wi-Fi really easy and straightforward. Love the built in usb ports for charging Lovely quiet road so noise was a minimum

The ac was a little clunky and worked well if you were right next to the unit. It wasn’t too much of a problem but as I couldn’t open any windows it took ages to cool the room down in the evening.

Breakfast is "simple" but has all the important items. Coffee could be better :) Staff is very very welcoming and nice. Cleaningness is flawless. A very good Gym on the next building. Very easy to get do madrid (by car, by bus or by train). Good and multiple supermarkets close by (Super cor at 100m and Mercadona at 300)

Everything was good. Magnetic room cards...stopped working 5-6 time in 3 days (both cards).

People working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The room was big and clean. There was a desk allowing to work conveniently.

The wifi reception was a bit poor in my room and I was dropping out from teleconferences every now and then. Otherwise all perfect.

Room was clean and the staff always available for anything. Toothbrush and toothpaste was provided on request. Bed was comfortable The breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

Please improve the quality of the juice at breakfast, it was not very good at all

I loved the master switch that turns off all the lights without getting out of bed. I loved that the room goes completely dark if you want to so you can sleep peacefully. It was clean, comfortable, and big enough. Totally worth the price.

The heating system was a bit loud.

Excellent service and value. The staff were exceptional and provided me with a home away from home during my month long stay in Madrid. Close proximity to the cercania station provided easy access to the center of Madrid.

Nice hotel, big rooms, friendly staff and very good value for money.

The hotel has an outdated look and feel, we couldn’t manage to regulate the air-con so it did feel quite hot at night, and the pillows were not great
