Basic, clean bright room. Although it had air con, could of been cooler. Room still quite hot. But ideally located just off the motorway as I was traveling.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Had read reviews that if you weren’t there early you missed out. Well it was true, nothing topped up. Cold scrambled eggs. I personally wouldn’t pay for it. I’d find somewhere else to have breakfast. And the price you pay for the dogs. I brought my own beds in. I think you’re supposed to get given dog’s beds, bowls and a treat. But I didn’t get anything. A little pricey at €13 for each dog. Parking - I was really apprehensive about leaving my car. Dark and very quiet. But had read that the hotel have cameras. But didn’t see them. But all was good the next morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite pleasant. The room had a bright and clean atmosphere, with a spacious layout that made it feel comfortable. The bed was comfy, and there was a good-sized window that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. The bathroom was also big enough to be comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a nice plus. Breakfast was alright—basic but decently edible, and it wasn't overpriced. The hotel is in a good location, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. Overall, it provided a comfortable and practical stay.

Breakfast could be improved however that is personal choice

The hotel has been refurbished and the room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant wasn't open but the receptionist told us the directions into Utebo. We were traveling home so only stayed 1 night. We would stay there again.

Only the fact that we couldn't get an evening meal after a long drive

Since the refurbishment, the hotel and breakfast especially have gone from strength to strength. Would highly recommend

Wasn't able to book direct with their own website, I have used before and as a member I get a discount, but after filling in my requirements the website froze, then cleared all fields. It did this a few times before I booked by alternative means. I did mention this to the staff on reception.

We love this hotel, staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is lovely now the refurbishments have been completed, and the selection of food on offer is extremely good. We always have the same room when staying here as it has a large bathroom that accommodates my partners disabilities. The location at less than 1km from the motorway is so easy to navigate.

Nothing

The room had recently been refurbished and was very pleasant, had a large comfy bed, great shower, tv(was a little small to be watched from the bed with comfort), and aircon that worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet beakfast was good.

Unfortuntely the restaurant was not open for evening meals as it was a Sunday and there was nothing locally that we found as the hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate. However, the reception staff were very helpful and gave us some pizza , kebab etc leaflets and we had a pizza delivered.

Excellent location for onward travel to Santander - close to motorway networks, free parking and pet friendly, a dog bed was offered but we had brought our own but were also given a dog bowl, dog toy and treats. We arrived on a Spanish bank holiday so unfortunately the restaurant was closed but the receptionist was very helpful and we had great pizzas delivered to our door instead. Lovely spacious room with large powerful shower. Breakfast was adequate.

No kettle Poor sound proofing could hear next door.

The young man on reception was very welcoming and helpful. We asked to change rooms and this was done immediately. I had not checked on fiesta or holiday dates so we arrived on Spain's National Day. The hotel's fab restaurant was shut because of the the holiday and the nextdoor one was also closed in the evening. I was given easy directions into the town where I found an open supermarket for drinks. The receptionist arranged a good takeaway salad for us which was delivered to our door. The room was comfortable and clean, this was the second time we have stayed there and will certainly go back. Parking was easy on site and access to the motorway close by for our journey home. The room was small for 2. No comfort other than the bed. Would have been nice to have somewhere else to sit, as were staying 2 nights. Could hear people in adjacent rooms, their showers etc, which was confusing. Quiet at night, though

Our room was white and fresh looking…the mattress was extremely comfortable, possibly a memory foam one? The rainforest shower was amazing, so lovely after a lovely drive…we didn’t sample the good unfortunately, as we arrived late, left early…plenty of parking, outside space for snacks & drinks…excellent for a budget style hotel ⭐️ Dog friendly too…

There was of course a mirror in the room, but a long length one immediately by the entrance to the room, I would have preferred it by the desk/dressing table personally…the outside area was fine, but unless it was warm, it was in the shade, so no good for us to sit and have a meal, with our little dog…
