Super helpful and friendly staff, we felt welcomed and like at home. We also liked the option to leave your keys at the reception, reception works 24/7 so you can pick them up when you are back at the hotel anytime. Rooms were also really well cleaned and maded up (if the sign is left to clean the room). Hotel was also super kind to honour our request and upgraded our room to a big bigger one as it was our 1st year anniversairy. There are a few amazing beaches 10-20min walking distance away, all quite secluded with not many people around at all. Breakfast was also amazing (in our eyes, to some people it may seem that there are not enough options for a continental breakfast, but we were happy with the amount of choice and great quality ingredients (Paula, the restaurant staff - she made our stay way more memorable and enjoyable every morning - we can say we made a friend!).

I met extremely helpful staff and my single room, although compact, was fitted out well with a small fridge, tv, tea/coffee making facilities and a security box. The reception is manned 24 hours with all staff speaking fluent English.The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious and everything worked well. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and towels changed.It was a bonus to have a personal terrace area. There was a very good range of food available for breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently situated for local bars & restaurants as its in the centre of El Saler and has a bus stop directly outside for access to the city and the lagoon. Buses to the city run every 20 minutes or so and it's only 1.5 Euros each way or there are regular cheap taxi services.. I like walking, so the proximity of the nature reserve and the local beach was very convenient. The roof top terrace offers some great views over the local area, nature reserve and towards the city.There's a lift for those who may need it.

It was great to have a security box in the room, but it wasn't actually secured to anything which was a bit strange. The 'wardrobe' was a bit flimsy and so could perhaps be improved. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. The roof terrace bar was only fully open at the weekend as it was late October, although accessible to use if you took your own drinks. I wish I hadn't left my phone charger and adaptor in the room when I left. Doh!

The staff was really really nice!! Especially Roxana, who worked at the front desk! She was kind enough to upgrade our room due to my huge worries and she was also very helpful with suggestions and instructions around town, such as attractions and restaurants! Made us getting around so much easier! Furthermore, the beach is quite close, To get to the town you can take a bus and it’s a 20’-30’ minutes ride, depending on where you are going. It’s amazing that both bus stopes are right in front of the hotel!! The bathroom was also spacious and equipped with toiletries. We are very thankful for our experience here!!

Nothing to complain about!

The private hot tub and the ocean view made it have a luxurious feel. The bed was soft and very comfortable. It was neat and clean. The breakfast food was great value for the amount of money paid. There weren't a huge variety of options but definitely very tasty. The staff was helpful, and the 24-hour reception was nice to have.

It is a bit further from the beach than I originally imagined from the pictures but still right by a gorgeous park. There weren't any bigger markets near and not that many restaurant options. Especially on weekends, the small markets close early. The buses to Valencia city center are not that frequent. BUT if you are looking for a very quiet and peaceful stay, it's perfect. We had a great nights sleep!

The room was small but the location was good - 15 minute walk to the beach, easy bus ride to the wetlands. Valencia is also accessible via the bus through farther away. The room was pretty quiet and the air conditioning worked well. Daily cleaning service helped keep the sand out.

The room was small; looked out onto apartments across the street so not much privacy. There was a terrace covered in astroturf with two plastic-molded chairs and a table. It was nice to have the extra space but it looked pretty tacky lol

5 minutes from the beach. Very boutique from the cozy room atmosphere to the amazing view in the roof top bar. We picked-up the small room as our initial thought was to do a « cheap and cheerful » stop in the way. We ended up leaving pass 13 the next day as much we enjoyed our stay. The room as expected was small but the atmosphere was great. We don’t retreat at all. We will come back for a longer stay and probably book the « standard » just to get more space to get around. The village by itself is okay, not many option for food but we found a gem thanks to the staff. « Joe » for fish only a couple hundred meter away Highly recommend the spot for a stop over of a couple of days to enjoy the beach and the park

Should advise that the restaurant is not open for dinner. Also the breakfast was good but the options for food were a bit limited. Nothing to complain about quality though

The staff on the reception is lovely. The staff in the restaurant - a bit less :) Super clean rooms. Modern look. Rooms are not too large. There's a lot of street parking outside, so it was never a problem to find a spot. Also there's a superb forest-ish trail very close, so for the hike-lovers and runners, the location could be nice.

The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was quite basic.

Very nice Reception staff, great location in terms of buses and the beach. Good facilities in the room, especially the little kitchenette which means you can have breakfast or even a small meal. This was great! BUT, in terms of location, if your room is overlooking the street, you are located right above a Retaurant and people who sit there at night are very loud. No way to have your sliding doors open. We loved the SkyBar where we watched the sunrise twice. Sadly it was closed/shut, as it was no longer summer season.

The location of the room (see comment below) The shower. The door to the shower was so narrow that a larger person wouldn't be able to get in and out. I barely squeezed in and had to tuck my tummy in. This was uncomfortable. Whoever designed it this way - so silly!

The location was great with lots of restaurants around. I loved that we could take our pet.

We had to pay €40 for our pet because of extra cleaning, but they only cleaned when we left. We didn’t leave €40 extra mess and in fact saved the staff time because they didn’t have to clean every day. I think that a deposit for pets would be appropriate and it could be returned if no excessive messes were made. Additionally, the stairways and halls were a little dirty and could use some extra care.

What I liked the most about my stay in this hotel was the staff. There were three different people at the reception during my stay, and all of them were super friendly and helpful—whether you need help with anything or advice, they will help you. It was also very thoughtful of them to bring a little bottle of sparkling wine to my room for my birthday. Thank you!
