This is a very well located property if travelling with a car. We were able to walk sections of the Camino de Santiago between Mansilla and Ponferrada, taking in Leon and Astorga, without the need to change accommodation. Having an electric car we were able to make use of the Iberdrola chargers at El Burgo Ranero and Hospital de Orbigo. Staff and Restaurant were great, though with the need to get up early for the Camino we only had one breakfast. Recommended as a good base for exploring the local area.

Everything is super! Room is big there is a balcony with the garden view. Good sound insulation. Conditioning system. Breakfast is good, but without aggs.

Location , very clean and comfortable

I booked a room with private swimming pool, when we arrived the pool was closed. Very disappointed

Staff is really active to make the stay pleasant. The charme is that it makes you feel like home, though you are there the fist time...

The hotel was great, perfect location and very clean. A lovely welcome the man on reception. Happy and friendly. The room was a good size and perfect. However no coffee machine, private pool ( just a shared normal pool) no private entrance. Its wasn't a problem but seems strange to advertise this and its not true. The communal pool was huge as very clean. Members of the public can use it for 6 euros so i guess when schools are off it would be very busy.

The restaurant and the staff were absolutely terrible. The young girl who served us was absolutely shocking and clearly had no interest in being there or serving us. Her male colleague was slightly better but also looked as if he would rather be anywhere other than working. Prices were very expensive for very average food. All in all terrible restaurant experience.

The hotel is located in a residential and quiet area outside the town. We chose it because of parking facilities and the restaurant. The dinner itself (only menu of the day) was not sublime, the breakfast instead was good. The region is very nice and worthy to visit.
