The staff were professional, helpful, and personable. They helped me select and use one of the bikes the Hotel has for free use (which was fun, but take care in the roads!). The room was well laid out and quiet. Although I did not try it the pool looked inviting. There was a kettle in the room for coffee or tea.

Although no problem if you travel by car, I travelled by train, and although a number of sites say the Hotel will pick up from the station they do not offer this. I paid €8 one way for a taxi, and €14 the other. But, don’t get me wrong, it is a nice place to stay, with good staff and facilities. The Hotel has another branch in the industrial part of the city and that might be better for anyone travelling by train.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel, spacious rooms, very quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Dinner was in a restaurant next door, the food was expensive for what it was. My husband’s steak was virtually inedible.

The room was immaculate. Amazing facilities. The pool was lovely. We had a superior room with a shower and it was just amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of selection. The led lighting was so cool.

Check in took a very very long time. 30 minutes.

Clean, modern room. Small refrigerator and kettle available. Large facility. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Doors slamming. The doors weren't weighted, and there were no door 'stops' to prevent doors banging into the walls when people entered their rooms.

Room good size bed electric lift top and bottom up, under cover parking for my motorcycle, Nice pool friendly staff and helpful. Free toothbrush.

Poor shower gel & shampoo, Got free toothbrush but no toothpaste??

We liked everything, it was the best hotel during our trip. The rooms were big enough, the beds could be adjusted (kids specially liked to lift up the part where your head and/or legs are). Also there is possibility to charge electric car. It is about 20 minutes drive from the PortAventura/Ferrari Land.

the merlot suite was spacious, as well as the bathroom, and clean. bed was comfortable, the location is very quite, so we slept well. breakfast was tasty, with enough options for both salty and sweet types. we also tried the restaurant, and it was fine.

only bad thing was that the jacuzzi in our room stopped working a couple of days our arrival and could not be repaired. anyway the staff was kind and offered us a discount of 200€ on the room. a pity, but overall all good

I was very overwhelmed, everything exceeded my expectation, especially the friendly staff which gave me a upgraded room with a smile.

Well presented, clean, tidy and with friendly staff. Our second stay at this hotel on our return trip was in their larger bedroom with an extra large bed and a bath instead of a shower as in their standard room.

I complementary tea and coffee was a bit stingy, 2 x herbal tea, 2 x Nescafé sashes and 2 x sugar. For an overnight stay in a three star hotel I’d expect/ hope for at least twice this amount. Also the hotel is off the main road coming from Vall, don’t rely on your satnav, use Google maps instead as the hotel is clearly identified.

Stayed with friends riding through Spain, Portugal and France on our motorbikes. Very pleasant overnight stay. Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and engaging staff, cold beer from the cafeteria and decent food from their adjoing restaurant too.. would happily return and recommend.
