We were very happy with the Hotel, although the rooms could be called dated, we found them very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The HB meals were of a very good standard with plenty of variety. The Staff here were some of the most polite, respectful and efficient we have encountered in many years of travel, from Reception to the Restaurant and Bar Staff and the lovely ladies who serviced the room each day, they were all amazing! We also enjoyed the evening entertainment on the Patio with some great singers! The outside areas were lovely too with beautiful Sea Views. It was a 10 Minute walk downhill to the Main Resort area, that might not suit some people with limited mobility on the way back, but we like to be in a quieter area.

It was so close to town you could walk it in a stroll in five or 10 minutes without even thinking about it but it was far enough away that the night times were actually really quiet and peaceful there! It was amazing 🥰

The pool wasn’t the hugest pool I’ve ever seen but it was perfect for us! It wasn’t a very busy time of year so we had to ourselves a lot which made it even better. It’s the smallest pool I’ve seen but it was still lovely and did exactly what it needed to do so it was totally fine.

I am very happy of being staying in your hotel. First of all i would like to admit the stuff of your hotel: Artemij (receptionist) - wonderful, helpful, intelligent person, Natalia (barman) - very kind, charming and qualified person. Also i would like to admit Nicolas - very good and professional - very polite. And of course we were very thankful to Rimi (cleaner) I and my friends who was staying with me also were very happy and thankful for all the stuff of Albatros Family. The attitude to their clients by stuff made our holiday fantastic. The room was very good, clean, big balcony. I will recommend also your apart hotel to all my friends. The food was also fantastic. I was also practising swimming all day long. Even when it was raining. The sea is super, very clean.

For me and my friends there were no any disadvantages. Maybe only that the bus stop is not situaded near the hotel.

Hotel is in quite area, 15 min from centrum by walk. Hotel is on the hill, but young people can do it by walk. Our 3 years old son manage it too. 2 beaches are realy close, less people than main beach. Wide bed, really wide, comfort sleep for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Bathrooms looks new, after reconstruction. Big balcony. Food was good, every day was something new for dinner, lots of fish. Breakfast was almost the same everyday, but wide range. Friendly staff.

Very few fresh vegetable for breakfast. Some recepcionist do not have good english.

Great location, delicious food both in the morning and evening - there was always something to choose from; cozy rooms with everything you need; very polite and helpful staff. And in general, a perfect atmosphere in the hotel. Also in the lobby, there is a PlayStation, which made our daughter very happy:)

Everything was great! The only thing was that we usually had to wait in a long line for omelettes in the mornings, but it mostly depended on how many people were there at the same time. When we came earlier it was quick.

Rooms were big, nice balcony, cleaned with fresh towels each day. Pool area good, drinks and food were reasonable by the pool. Short walk to shops/bars. Also lovely cove beach close by easily walked to from hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy, if im honest, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it. It's a basic family hotel but has very good value. The only thing is check-in is 4pm. We arrived early around 11, and if we never had family, we would have been stuck til 4pm before we got our room. Also, if you struggle with hills, etc, then I wouldn't recommend it because it is up a hill, and you have to walk down the hill to get to places. 7€ if you want to get a taxi. We walked along the front beach walkway from the hotel, but on the way back, we got a taxi back

The lady at reception was wonderful despite being in sole charge and run off her feet. The facilities were excellent. Gym, pool, bar, library, luggage store, car park. Breakfast was really ace too. The rooms.with a view over the bay to Salou are gorgeous. 15 walk to Salou but only 5 to the small beach nearby. We had an amazing time.

That the poor lady at reception was totally overworked at check in time. Antiquated manual printing of everything meant the queue took 45 mins almost. So if guests had questions or needed info they had to interrupt the queue and we felt so bad for the lady. Get better systems or hire more people.

Perfect Stay! The location is amazing—just 50 metres from everything we needed. The apartment had everything, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and kitchen were spacious and clean. Everything looked new and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

The hotel was lovely. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Shower hot. Towels changed nearly everyday. Rubbish emptied everyday. Food on half board was great plenty to choose from. To be honest I could not fault anything. great location. We didn't go in the pool. Everyone said it was very cold. We would stay again. Cost 36 euros from hotel to Reus airport.

You could hire an iron daily but no ironing board.

Room was bright, large in size with an equally large balcony equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs. Good kitchen area( not used) and large shower room with separate toilet room. Food( breakfast and dinner buffet) whilst not outstanding was more than adequate and for the price paid was very good. Located on top of a hill giving great views from the balcony and a short walk down flights of steps to a small pleasant beach. Children and myself enjoyed the uncrowded pool- which is very deep at one end- although at busier times it might prove to be crowded as it isn't by any means the biggest. I was there end of August 2023 after English bank holiday and this was not the case. In a quieter area of Salou but still an easy walk to the main strip and front. Bus stops just around the corner and own parking underneath the apartment building. Having stopped there after a stay in a far more expensive hotel in the town and another set of apartments I and my the children were very pleased with the food and accommodation provided and would definitely stay there again of the three.

An older building which could do with some modification and the shower tray in the room was distorted causing water to leak onto the floor. This did not really affect my enjoyment of the stay and I did not expect luxury at their keen price point.
