I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great setup for working — I was able to get some things done on my laptop without any issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by their ability to speak multiple languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, English, and Galician, which made communication easy and pleasant. The hotel's facilities were excellent — everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Another big plus is the location: it’s very close to the city center, so I could walk to most places of interest. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it.
One of the challenges, which is common in many cities, was the parking situation. I requested a space in the hotel’s garage, but I found the price a bit high at €16 per day, at least from my perspective. The entrance to the garage is quite narrow, and the parking spaces themselves are also small, which can make maneuvering a bit tricky. If I’m not mistaken, there are only around 15 spaces available, so it’s quite limited. Another small issue was with the bed. I had requested a large bed, but instead, there were two mattresses pushed together. While I still slept well, it wasn’t quite the same as having one proper large mattress, and I ended up sleeping on just one side as if it were a single bed.

The suite room was really big and comfortable. Position is also good for the old Town and Many shops and restaurants.
We signallded at arrival that some things were not working properly in the room but they took immediate action. Really weird not having a safe and a fridge in a hotel room, especially a suite . Parking was available in a separate garage that was not super convenient and with very tight lots . I think would be more fair to lower the parking fee if space is not available inside the hotel itself.

We booked the cheapest room, which was fine for a 1 night stay. The room was a good size and very clean. Nice clean bathroom with a shower. The bed was comfy with good pillows. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was perfect, in the center with bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shops on the doorstep. The only slight disappointment - there was no bottle of water waiting for us in the room, which would've been nice (expected from a 3* hotel). Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from both the train and bus stations. They had a reasonably priced restaurant that was open all or most of the time. Staff was helpful when asked about the city and hotel facilities. There were electrical outlets and charging stations on both sides of the bed.
I would have liked a coffee machine or tea kettle in the room, but it wasn't really that much trouble to go to the restaurant and buy a cup of tea.

Clean and tidy space with a comfy bed and pillows. The room had a decent size, very clean, with a wardrobe, bedside tables and lots of spaces to use. Central heating and air conditioning, blackout curtains and soft towels. The toilet was spotless, spacious and the shower was perfect. Warm water, no need to wait for it to get warm. The receptionists were very polite and friendly. The room was quiet during the night.
Nothing. Everything was good.

Much better than we expected. We were going to drop off our luggage but our room was ready early so we we were allowed to check-in. The bed was a huge king size and very comfortable. There is a cafe in the basement which was great for a coffee. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options and was included in the room rate which was very good value. Highly recommend.
Like many hotels the walls aren't very soundproof.

The location is great for my work. The hotel has everything I need and is close to stores for any need. The staff in the entire hotel is fantastic: front desk, housekeepers, and restaurant/bar.
It’s just older and a bit dated. The price increased greatly since last year. The hotel breakfast was understocked a lot, but still good.

I really like the room. It was clean and tidy, beds were confortable. There was no noice from the outside. Staff was friendlly and responsive to questions and requests.
Breakfast was not bad, but not superb. For 12 euros the choice was limited.

Great value, good location in walking distance to Ursaiz and very close to la Gran Via / El Corte Ingles (and its taxi line). Very good restaurant (that takes AMEX and shows up as a dining charge), but it's closed on Sundays and early on nights that aren't busy. Perfect location for IVI clinic.

This hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the train station and not very far from the Casco Vello and port where the boats to Cíes Islands depart from. The room was larger than average and quite comfortable.
I think we had higher expectations on the breakfast. The products were good quality anyway but the options were somewhat limited and we noticed it took long to replenish after something was gone both mornings and the coffee machine was not great.
