We liked our room, which was spacious, and the large walk-in shower that was also spacious and had great water pressure.

The hotel is not centrally located to the Old Town, and the walk to the Old Town was made even less attractive by the construction all up and down the street the hotel is located on. I discounted a complaint about the construction from another reviewer when we booked four months ago, imagining that it would be completed by the time we arrived. But no -- my guess is it could be another year of construction out there. I would advise booking a hotel in or nearer to the Old Town. Our check-in clerk was also not very helpful or friendly, not being willing to confirm our dinner reservations or recommend anything other than circling the Old Town on the map. The check-out clerk, though, was cheerful and helpful.

We arrived in extreme heat, but the hotel had good air conditioning and our room, which was to the rear of the building, was not affected at all by the road works and structural work taking place at the front of the building. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there was a very good choice of food at breakfast.

Car parking was difficult with all the construction work going on, but we eventually found the recommended parking garage which was just across the road outside. The daily cost for parking was €20.40 and was well worth it. The hotel was very well placed for a visit to all the top sites and we were able to walk to everything despite the high temperatures.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit and local cheeses, pastries, etc. The room was extremely spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

It was not the hotel’s fault, but at the moment (August 2025) there is a large construction site directly in front of the hotel and it was quite difficult to get the luggage across from the garage (long walk despite the garage being directly across). We briefly went up to the pool but it was relatively full and wasn’t quite as attractive as we had anticipated from the pictures.

Is a very nice hotel, it has all you need. Great location, nice staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, good terrace and swimming pool

The pool and terrace opens until 11 am. Find it kind of late to be honest. They could open around 9 and it will be perfect! And, not the fault of the hotel is that they have a big construction in front we where in the first floor and we could listen the construction early in the morning, nothing terrible but if you have extreme light sleep I recommend you to book the room with that face the other side

The INNSIDE is fantastically located ... just 3 short blocks outside the Old Town, so an easy walk (including during the Pilar festival) but not overwhelming crowds or noise. Room size very comfortable. Staff members at the desk seemed delighted to be there, doing what they are are doing, at this place, and making guests feel very welcomed.

If there is any flaw, it is simply that the shower design is such that water does flow out of the shower onto the floor a bit More than made up for by the strong flow of HOT water. This is a tiny nit in an otherwise delightful room.

It was a fantastic night. Warm welcome, perfect treat from the reception and the restaurant. Beautiful, clean, ultra comfortable, and innovative distribution and decoration. Incredibly good breakfast. Worthy sound isolation.

It was just very hard to get there by car because there’s an underground parking garage under reconstruction. We couldn’t feel any noise, which was great, but parkings around are expensive, 20-24€ after 4 hours inside, and few options for stays between 4-48 hours. Not fault of the hotel at all but good to know!

Booked a studio room which was spacious, airy and quiet. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Rooftop area was very windy making it a little unsafe at times - my husband was hit on head by a deckchair when a gust of wind caught it unexpectedly and blew it 2m. All was fine but it could have been a bad accident. Might be wise to switch to heavier seating that is fixed.

Parking next to the hotel, meaning under the hotel was perfect, also like minimalistic style of hotel rooms. everything you need always clean and ready to use. Non alcoholic drinks on the house in hotel room fridge delicious, including of two bottles of local beer, nice to have sometimes.

I was missing little bit more opportunities to select proper breakfast content. All served food was delicious at all, but diversity. More fresh vegetables would be welcome, not just fruits or steamed or grilled peppers with onion and corn. My room was situated to the street, unfortunately tightness of windows was not so good to filtrate all street traffic, better one should be welcome.

Nice breakfast (but a tad disorganized), good location (with one minor caveat) close to old town, very nice rooms and very comfy bed, great bedroom facilities and minibar!

Right now the city is doing major works right in front of the hotel, so this is an annoyance. I would not recommend if you have big bags or would need for a car to stop right in front of the hotel.

Very good location, near the centre of the town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Big rooms, and powerful shower

The road in front is closed for quite sometimes it seems and it will be for months still. The front of the hotel is with scaffolding and while we were there, scaffoldings are being added on another side of the building where the hotel is at. The noise is constant specially when the windows are open
