The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Lalith was courteous and always welcoming with a smiling face at the breakfast buffet. Nishanthi, the room service lady, took time to clean our room and replace with fresh and clean towels every day. The front desk was courteous and extremely polite and helpful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast in the mornings. Overall, it was a good stay.

1. The bathroom was spacious, but I wish the shower area either had a sliding door or a shower curtain to prevent the water splashing all over. 2. Towel hooks in the bathroom will be greatly appreciated so that the wet towels could be hung.

I had a fantastic stay at Ella Flower Garden – truly excellent value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was maintained. The facilities were more than I expected for the price, and everything worked smoothly. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus as I needed to get some work done during my trip. It's not always easy to find a stable internet connection in hill country, but Ella Flower Garden delivered perfectly on that front. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful – always available to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging transport or suggesting local spots to visit. Their hospitality really made a difference. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of Ella Rock and the surrounding greenery was a highlight of my trip. We had a wonderful stay at here , the staff welcomed us warmly and treated us well , they gave us a wonderful room with a extraordinary view of Ella rock . It was worth the money that we have paid , and the room was very neat and clean . Specially i want to mention about the breakfast , they served it at their third floor resturant , the view from there was like we had our breakfast from the heaven . The wifi was speed enough and the other facilities were on to the point .We had a very comfortable stay and we are sad because we were only able to be stay here for one night . We enjoyed our stay at Ella Flower Garden Resort. We had a mishap with our original hotel booking elsewhere and ended up turning up here looking for a last minute room. The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided us with a beautiful, spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the most outstanding view. I really don’t think you could ask for better scenery! The one downside to the room was that the shower would change from scorching hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds or so - hopefully this is something that they can easily fix for future guests. They were doing building works whilst we were staying too, therefore the walk between the buildings wasn’t the best, but there were no issues with the noise. The breakfast was very good and set in the banquet hall which had floor to ceiling glass windows, overlooking the lush greenery. The manager arranged for us to have cake and coffee on our second day of staying, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and it provided the most incredible views which we will cherish forever!

Amazing view of Ella Rock from the hotel, a very close to Little Adams Peak and Nine Arch Bridge, which reduces the cost of travelling to view points .It's a peaceful location, very good food with a mix of all cuisines. All the staff from the hotel manager, restaurant staff to room cleaners are absolutely carrying. A very clean and well maintained setup. We stayed with our kid and felt very happy about our stay. They have so many plants within their hotel, and I haven't seen such a great setup in this budget.

Certain portion of the hotel is under renovation, but honestly, it didn't bother us much.

We decided to stay in Ella an additional night than the 2 we had originally booked, and came across Ella Flower Garden Resort as a well priced, more lavish experience as a treat. And it did not disappoint! We cancelled our other booking to stay for the extra 2 nights after having one of the best sleeps during our trip, as well as feeling a home away from home. We were greeted with iced tea on arrival after a long journey which was refreshing and welcoming. We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel; the renovations didn’t affect our sleep or stay at all. On the first day, we skipped breakfast to hike Little Adam’s Peak, where the trail starts just next to the hotel. Shantha, the manager, noticed we had missed breakfast when we returned, and as we headed out after a quick refresh to see the nine arch bridge (a 15 minute walk away) he had provided us a ‘packed lunch box’ of goodies to ensure we were well looked after. This was a highlight of our stay. The attention to detail and guest experience was incredible from start to finish. Thank you for making our trip to Ella as memorable as the views surrounding the hotel, and a special mention to Shantha for going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after.

Where do I even begin? This is a fantastic location situated next to trailheads for both nine arches as well as little Adams Peak hikes. The views of the surrounding valley are stunning! We could’ve sat on our balcony all day, just looking at this view. Very quiet and serene and fun to see fireflies at night. The staff were incredibly welcoming and there was always somebody there ready and willing to help. The flower garden was wonderful and surrounds the on site restaurant which has many options for the whole family. Breakfast at the same restaurant was fantastic to go along with the view. In particular we would like to thank Laith, Shantha, Dinujaya and Prabendra for their professionalism, friendliness, and for making our stay so memorable.

There is some ongoing construction, but it is relatively unobtrusive. None of the rooms had coffee in them. I know Sri Lanka is a tea drinking country, but until breakfast or the local coffee shops opens, there’s no coffee within the hotel or adjacent area so if this is important to you bring your own for the provided electric kettle.

The room service was outstanding , highly recommended place at Ella . Worth the money your spending at here . Here they offer top notch amenities including free wifi. it was a great experience. We had a great time. Fabulous location, great staff. From the arrival to check out , the service was excellent from all departments. Service and food beyond the expectations. Good Wifi, Comfortable bed & it's worth for what we paid. We were at Ella few other hotels but we didn't had this kind of view, service, food any of that. This is the best place in Ella for a relaxing stay. If you are travelling to Ella, Don't miss this place. Thank you for the staff & flower garden.

It was exceptional experience I ever had for my travel life. Room had been cleaned properly. I absolutely recommended this hotel as it gave a high value what I have spent my money. The facilities were well arranged, specially all the room amenities have been arranged in a proper way. Meals were delivered quickly and deliciously prepared. The staff was well managed and well discipline. When we requested room amenities, they provide as soon as possible. I am really lucky to have this kind of service.
