We were in the hotel from 26/03 to 4/04/25. We spent a fantastic moments in Blue Beach hotel. Hotel is very quiet and we suggest to everyone who is looking for a calm, quiet place to rest. The food is great and the Staff is very kind and always ready to help, begining from the receptionist and hotel manager in one person - Sumudu and finished on the Candra - world class waiter with 32 years experience in restaurant service. Also the view from the rooms on the ocean is really amazing. We are definitely comming back to Blue Beach Hotel, maybe even this year!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary toiletries that rival those of higher-starred establishments. Breakfast each morning was a delightful spread of local and international options, all fresh and delicious. The on-site restaurant also offered a variety of dishes that were both reasonably priced and flavorful. I was facing a bad experience while contacting the reservation staff for the confirmation of my online booking, two times. Finally , the day when I arrived, the reservation lady told me that, my booking was canceled by myself and i have no room. I ask her to provide the proofs. Anyway, she wasn't able to provide me with the proof . at last, She was to give the package which booked. I don't know why she behaved like that. Besides above harassment , all the others went perfect. Thank you👍

The room was gorgeous, so spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and they went above and beyond at all times of the day to ensure their guests were comfortable and happy. They ensured our tuk tuk was parked in a secure location overnight which was very appreciated.

There is a damp smell in the room. There was some display of dampness on the walls and ceiling so I think maybe some of the rooms need to be redecorated.

I can confidently say that the hotel went above and beyond my expectations. From the comfortable rooms to the breathtaking sunset views over the beach, my stay was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely visit again.

A hotel located in a truly beautiful setting.I feel like it's a great place to experience a beautiful seascape. I was able to receive kind service and a very delicious meal.It can be very satisfying for the money spent.It's a great place where we can spend our time freely as we want.👍 This is my second experience.I'm really happy with the time I spent. A Lovely family run boutique hotel. Small but beautiful. All 12 rooms have sea view. Very Friendly staff who are perpetually smiling. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. I want to mention 2 individuals who made a difference. The Housekeeping Supervisor (Mr Piyaratne?) and young Harittha from the restaurant. The beach is just outside the hotel. I like the place very much.

The WiFi network was unreliable from Sri Lanka Telecom.This is not the Hotel's fault. I have recommended that they buy a simple router from an alternative provider and keep it in the Restaurant.Even though the coverage will be limited to the Restaurant, the alternative router can be switched on during main WiFi outtage.The importance of reliable wifi network cannot be overstated. On a separate issue, I urge the owners to extend coverage to the Restaurant and Pool Area..

It’s a small hotel with 12 rooms. But facilities are like 3 stars hotel. Spacious rooms clean bathrooms. Beach front large balcony for all rooms. With swimming pool. Nice place with Very friendly staff. Specially Foods are delicious and have quite big variety. They do in room dining too.
