Breakfast - May I suggest you include a mix of food items like in a simple buffet ( eg, milk rice with roti, or pancake or bread) for breakfast, including a jug of tea and milk. You may compare the food items included in the breakfast offered at Moon Deck Villa, Ranaviru Mawatha, Katunayaka. I hope you have replaced the hot water system in the bathroom.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. I felt like I was at home. Safe and extremely comfortable. Nelson and his wife are amazing hosts, went above and beyond for me while I was here. As a solo travelling woman he made sure I was safe and had everything I needed. I even stayed an additional night. Breakfast was so good, rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable (slept so well). Nelson had so many tips and recommendations on what to do and see in the area. I can’t fault anything. I will be back. Thank you so much!

Nelson, his wife and neighbours immediately greeted us at the gate. They were all so welcoming and wonderful it felt like joining their family in their home. We were offered multiple cups of tea, especially when it reached tea time (4pm), and being English who had been away from home for a long time, it was great! We booked our stay with them 15 minutes before we arrived and it was still morning, but this was not an issue. Nothing was ever an issue. They were so wonderful and accommodating to us. The beautiful home, and room, is clean, spacious and homely. Nelson made sure to notify us when the monkeys came so we could see them. He spent a lot of time with us, showing his knowledge of plants, fruits and animals. The breakfast was also delicious.

Absolutely nothing.

The peaceful location and the palatial quality of the accommodation and room. In many ways I'm running out of superlatives for Sri Lanka in general. More specifically my host, Nelson, has over 25 years experience in the hospitality business working at the now called Cinnamon Hotel in Colombo, a premiere class hotel capable of supporting 400 guests. I've felt like a family member during my stay which is the highest complement you can make.

I've yet to anything negative about any of my guest houses over the last 2 months and the same applies here.

The hosts were lovely, it felt like staying in their home, I felt very welcome. The bed was super comfy, nice big room with huge terrace.

Nelson and his family are the perfect hosts. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Nelson was even up early one morning to ensure I left at 5am to help my son prepare for his wedding at the venue nearby.

All was good, is peaceful area, close to the beach, nice big room, balcony..and garden outside, ot was easy to find And owners of house are very good people the help with all I needed:)

Nelson and his wife are really nice people! We had a good night, breakfast was very good and Nelson gave us helpful advices about what to do in this area.
