The hotel is located in a very beautiful location near Panadura beach and the sunset is very beautiful and I must say that the food was very delicious. The rooms were very clean and provided the opportunity to relax and spend time in peace and quite. Also, I want to make a special mention here that the front office department handled my check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. I really want come to this hotel again and again. I am really happy with this unforgettable stay.

Great loction on the beach with a balcony looking out to sea. Local lads playing cricket on the beach below...always good humoured and friendly....it seems to be the Sri Lankan way! Hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Handy restaurant over the railway track...they did us an immense seafood platter!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach view from my room was simply breathtaking, and I loved the easy access to the beach right from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests, such as arranging to-go meals for a day trip. The room was well maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. And to top it all off, the dinner buffets were delicious, with a wide variety of Sri Lankan dishes to choose from. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway.

Despite being located by a train track, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any noise during my stay at this hotel.

the quite balcony room overlooking the ocean and being able to relax and enjoy quite time away from work and the huge 50 meter long swimming pool was amazing to see and the staff were very friendly the managers Anthony and Rajeew are doing a amazing job

I'm very satisfied with my room, it was quite comfortable and clean. The beach view was amazing! The meal at the hotel's restaurant was just delicious. Already missing their super tasty dishes! But what I loved most of all -- the beach! It was FANTASTIC! They always keep it clean. The super soft sandy beach is another level of heaven. Just take note, that it's always wavy there, and if you cannot swim, it may be a bit boring for you.

The only thing that I can mention is the hotel's location. It's in a small village, where basically no activities exist. So you need to take tours to go other places. It's even dangerous for girls to be outside of the hotel when the sun goes down. Thus, the hotel is a best choice for families with kids, as a honeymoon solution, or for those who don't like active hangouts.

The front office manager (Tharindu) made our stay extremely pleasant. Enjoyed every bit of the stay. Very friendly staff. The spread of food was great with Sri Lankan and western dishes.

Of course, the pool and the beach. Convenient location. Railway line and trains did not bother us at all. Good breakfast, but dinner during the weekdays is not worth it. We ordered from the menu and it was good. We would come back.

The stay was definitely worth the price. The staff was kind and provided good service. They were quick to answer the calls for room service. Every time we asked for a refill or restocking of room supplies or food they provided it generously. Some earlier reviews said that it was almost like they knew what you were thinking and that's exactly how it felt. The toiletries in the bathroom had a delicious fragrance and felt rich, soothing and mild on the skin and hair. A few drops of each went a very long way. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had breakfast and lunch, and the food was tasty, clean and well-prepared. Overall, the experience was satisfying and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

There was some rust on the balcony railings and metal hinges. The ironing board was very old and didn't stand well. However, it was good enough to get the get the job done.
