Great stay again, nice room.

Some issues with the water to our room which weren't fixed but we just showered outside.

Room was excellent, cleaned and bed changed daily, and fresh bottled water daily,nice hot powerful shower, fridge,safe,air-conditioning,fan, and mosquito net all included. Dining area was great and pools with Sunbeds. Was allowed to park are tuk tuk across the road at another part of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was included.

Would of preferred a more traditional Sri Lanken breakfast option, curry's rotti, hoppers etc

The staff were wonderful and always there if needed. We had two pools to use The location is great and not too far from the beach They have upgraded us after complaining about the hot water

The wifi is available only in the reception area The entrance to the hotel was a little dark at night and always had a dirty pool of water. The breakfast needed more vegetarian and variety. A suggestion to offer Sri lankan breakfast.

The front desk was a lady her name Zahra and she was the best thing in this hotel. She’s very kind. She’s very nice. She upgrade us to sweet the most beautiful three days we stayed in this hotel all: Herre hospitality I like thank you from the bottom of my heart for Herre hospitality and good luck for the future.

Nothing, Mahmoud was good too

The pool was good, the kabanas were good , the food was good, toilet was good service was also good very friendly staff

Food was not labelled our we couldn't watch television our whole stay I informed them but they didn't do anything size of the room was a bit narrow

Nice comfortable chalet style rooms, with good bathrooms. Two good size pools. Staff very helpful when required. Good to have a kettle in the room with an ample supply of tea and coffee. Sadly, my favourite staff member from previous visits, a Downs Syndrome man we called Duti passed away recently from Covid. He will be missed.

Sri Lanka is suffering problems with power and fuel supply (amongst other things) and the frequent power cuts were annoying, we were told the hotel had a backup generator but this was out of use due to the fuel shortages. The hotel tried their best and supplied oil lanterns.

I like this hotel, just didn't realise that the room I booked was not in the "main area" where I have enjoyed their little cottages before. Very nice hotel though with 2 pools!

the room was nice and spacious. the room it self was clean. the staff was nice

bathroom / shower was dirty and not working properly. pools did not look very clean

Beautiful gardens, rooms absolutely lovely, great location too. 2 pools quality and nice breakfast.

Wi-Fi was a bit patchy but we had 4g

Wifi was only available by the reception and not in the rooms :( Pools did not look very clean
