We had the best time at this hotel :) The room was very clean with everyday cleaning, breakfast were more than rich and very delicious, staff was very helpful and they had a smile on their faces everyday. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area, there is a box with pool toys, and also a little kids space in a restaurant. There are three turtles in the hotel and you can feed them with fruit. The view is stunning and this hotel is really quiet and clean in every corner. Wifi works perfectly. Thank you for making our holiday special.

What a gorgeous little hotel! Beautiful pool, glorious view and such a lovely room. Very comfortable bed and cleaned every day. The breakfast was perfect, generous portions, healthy and delicious! Just got home and miss it already! Hope to come back soon. Yes the drive is very steep, but they provide a tuk tuk if you're not up for it, and it's been a great workout for my calves! Very close to the beach. We recommended Black & White Restaurant for the seafood.

Breakfast was excellent, the views from the pool and the hotel were spectacular and the host was friendly and accommodating. The tortoises on the property were very cute. Had a lot of amenities other places didn’t have like face towels, shower screen, fridge and lockbox.

The property was a bit steep but there was a tuk tuk to take you up to reception from the roadside.

Lovely hotel with breathtaking views overlooking the bay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The satff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fruits and variety of srilankan dishes.

There was no shower gel or shampoo in the rooms. They only had a small piece of soap. I would have liked a bar, where we could have enjoyed few drinks next to the pool.

The staff were all very polite and welcoming and had a freshly squeezed juice when we arrived. The room was beautiful, a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The use of the tuk tuk for the evening was also super! Came in handy a few times. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared. The pool was quiet and a great option when not going to the beach or on rainy days. Great access to local buses and not too far walking or with tuk tuk from unawatuna Town or Galle Perfect views for breakfast and in the pool looking out to the sea. Literally, a stone throw from some beach restaurants and access to the beach

Sadly, there were ants in our room along a wall close to the bed, and our flush didn't work well in the toilet. Often, the water ran cold in our shower too. The owners of the property were around a lot but they didn't really engage with us as much as they did with the other guests. We felt they were keeping an eye on their staff As good as breakfast was for extras (bacon etc) it was quite expensive considering the price we paid for the whole stay. The area is quite touristy and I wouldn't recommend this place for back packers unless you don't mind getting the bus. Also a drink we had from the fridge was flat.

The location with those stunning beach views and wonderful pool. Our bungalow was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast fruit platter was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk up was very welcome and the drivers were excellent. This hotel isn't super modern but it has old world charm in spades.

Staff were helpful. Pool was nice and breakfast was good. Road up to the hotel is up a steep hill but they offer a tuk tuk service to take you.up until 10pm

No WiFi in the rooms which is a big negative for us. Decor is slightly dated and be warned if you're over 6 ft as the door frame was low for the bathroom. They don't sell alcohol on the premises which would have been nice to enjoy a sundowner. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful hotel. The hotel has the best views in Unawatuna. The rooms are of a good size and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent with a choice of local or international dishes. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Easy walk into the town. We ate at a lovely fish restaurant called Daffodil. We will most definitely return to the Panorama. We took away happy memories of a special stay. Thank you so much!

The facility is of a very high standard. Cleanliness top! Taking care of customer satisfaction is the main message for all staff. The room was very good! Breakfasts were very tasty. The pool was very clean and loved by the children. Additionally, there are no crowds of guests, so relaxing in the afternoon after a stay on the nearby beaches is perfect. We highly recommend this hotel

the staff was very good. the view was incredible. we loved our bungalow.

I thought the rate was a bit high in comparison to the other places where we stayed at. I also think that the dogs of the property need to be trained so that they doesn't scare people off.
