The hotel is a perfect accommodation for a long stay in Unawatuna. The beach is just across the road, next to the hotel you can find lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is absolutely kind and supportive, during our stay we feel completely like at home. The rooms are clean and cozy with the air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge and kettle. The cleaning is provided everyday with the new towels and bath stuff. You can also order meals in the restaurant including the fresh seafood for dinner. Our room was with the terrace to where we could also order the meals. I am completely excited about our stay in Happy Night and want to thank all the staff for the unique atmosphere that made our holiday unforgettable. Wait to come back soon!

Great hotel. Close to the central Unawatuna beach (100 м cross the road ), also 10 minutes walk to Delawelle and Turtle Beach. Nearby there is a fruit market, a liquor store, and a delicious restaurant at the hotel at the good prices. VERY quiet, night birds singing, excellent rooms' sound insulation. The room is cleaned every day. The water pressure is good. The manager Mr Ragj is very responsive and smart, the hotel & cafe guys and staff are also very friendly, it was a pity to part with them all.. Will definitely come back if we visit again. Nice clean room, good linen and towels and room cleaned every day.

The mattress was a bit bobbly and could be felt through the sheets but we put one of the blankets under the sheet and then it was perfect. Breakfast omelette was a bit repetitive. it was a good 10 minute walk over the road and along beach into main town or a bit further if using the road. On the plus side it also felt fairly peaceful as a result of its location.

The room.was very spacious and well-maintained. The balcony and the fridge were a real plus, as well as the mosquito net - all hotels in Unawatuna don't provide this although it is so useful ! Lovely staff, great location, and nice and reasonably priced restaurant.

No swimming pool, that was the only thing missing but it didn't really matter since the beach is 2 minutes away !

Great location, just over the road from the beach. Room was basic but very clean and had everything you would need, a/c worked very well. All the TV channels were an added bonus. Restaurant in house was excellent for times we did not want to go out. Staff really looked after us.

Lovely, clean, large room with access to rooftop kitchen and balcony for morning coffee, looking out at the beach. Just across the street from turtle beach and Coconut Tree Hill and a bit of a walk to the beautiful and busy Marissa Beach. Hostess was lovely and kind.

good location, close to everything, most comfortable bed, soft fresh pillows and soft good sheets, i slept so well, very nice place and very friendly people, i stayed 5 nights and all was very well

i liked everything

feel great. The hotel is located on the main road, but it offers a sense of tranquility through a small inward pathway. we came to unawatuna for diving and surfing, and it is very close to Pearl Divers.

A very nice and cozy Inn near beach!!! We liked the food, cleaning and all service, the teritory is very green! The owners are very nice and helpfull people!
