Beautiful view ...right over the little beach and looking over parts of the reef. Good breakfast and suggestion of where we could eat later. ( hotel two doors away had great food especially puddings!) Turtles spotted from terrace. Very helpful staff.

All rooms are up several flights of stairs. Great for privacy and views but not good for people with mobility problems. The sea was a little rough for us . Not the property’s fault though. Busy road not good for walking far. Jungle beach was great for snorkeling. But down a quite steep path, so maybe better go by boat if you have mobility problems.

We stayed for one night. We stayed at the lower floor which was a bit dark, but a very nice and clean room. The owner and his family were very nice and helpful, his brother drove us to our next destination for a decent price. It was a save and comfortable ride with a nice conversation. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Fantastic location with the most beautiful sea views from the room and a private beach right in front of the hotel. We were made to feel really welcome by Chandana, the owner, and Sajid - it's a small place and they are really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious too. Absolutely recommend over the more touristy side of Unawatuna further up the beach, this place is a gem.

The friendly and efficient staff, the room balcony view , sunset view on Unawatuna Beach. The clean spacious room with good A/C. the breakfast all the fresh fruit platter, and the sri lankan omelette, fresh mix fruit juice. The 10min walking distance from the beach of Unawatuna.

maybe an air fresher spay is needed in the toilets, there is a humidity smell maybe its from the canalisation too.

A great little hotel right on a private beach. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the ocean - amazing. The room was well equipped and we had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is just a 100 metres from the main beach with many bars and restaurants. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend and would stay again.

Very lovely and cozy place on the beachfront. Great and tasty breakfasts with "bounty" view for the ocean. There is place for snorkeling 🤿 where you can see various fishes near the rocks. Many thanks to Chandana and all other staff for all the help and sweat talks! See you 🤗
