The room was super clean and it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including enough pillows, easy to reach sockets for American and European plugs, and a shower with hot water that worked perfectly. The food was also very good.

Customer service could improve substantially. All employees seemed to be in a bad mood, mostly at the reception but at the breakfast restaurant too. They are not solution-oriented nor care to treat clients with a smile or a good attitude. The hotel is beautiful, but the experience is ruined when staff isn't as friendly as the nice surroundings. I didn't have any particular issue, but just it was like a general sense of annoyance. I would still return, it is a nice hotel, but this should improve. Also, the beds are all in good state but they don't provide good rest, for some reason. Heard the same from colleagues staying in the same hotel. Perhaps both hard and softer pillows can be provided, or have harder mattresses.

Staff went extra mile and helped us to reserve bus to Albina (it costs 100 SRD, taxi would costs about 100 USD). It was nice help, as Surinamese public transport is not easy to decipher on your own. Breakfast was really great, we needed that after a week in the rain forest.

Kindly allow climatization to go past 23 degrees. It was too cold, we have to unplug it from power to survive the day.

I love that that Eco Torarica was in the art of the town. The food was to die for especially breakfast it was top notch 🤤

I love everything about this property the location the food the staffs but except for 1 staff that would be Miss Beverly I think she has bad customer service & u can feel tension wen dealing with her she was too difficult to deal with but everything else was beautiful

The only thing I did not like is the Air Conditioning, which cannot be turned off or regulated. It is too cold in the room. I asked to do something about it and a technician came, which allowed me to turn it off. But the next day again I could not do it anymore.

Nice quiet place. Comfy bed. Walking distance to lots of places, supermarkets, restaurants, town etc. Most specialy is that you can use the facilities of Torarica Hotel and Royal Torarica too.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Breakfast was fantastic. Choices to choose from. Fruits and cakes were a plus. Room was large and comfortable. Location was quite good and walking to the Park and surrounding area felt safe.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location, free access to sister-resort next door

Not a lot to do unless you’re going next door to the Torarica resort. I arrived early because of my flight but wasn’t able to check in early unless I’d pay extra. I was also leaving on the middle of the night so I didn’t sleep in my bed at all. Basically, I was only there for 1/2 of day and paid a lot of money for that plus spent money at the pool restaurant next door (Terorica resort)

Best part is when you book at one Torarica property, you can visit and eat breakfast at the other two! It’s also Close to the tourist street. There is a bar with a river view also which was great to sit and watch the river. We ate dinner there by the river one night and very much enjoyed it

Great location, free parking, security, amazing breakfast buffet and free use of the facilities of the nearby Torarica resort. Also loved the fact that every room had a balcony. Eco torarica is for sure my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in Paramaribo. I can’t wait to be back!

The location, gardens and breakfast where nice

that it is not integrated to the river and the mangrove of the shore. It is nice, but the absence of facilities makes it too expensive for what they offer.
