Breakfast was okay, with fresh eggs, hot options, and a variety of drinks (both hot and cold). The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in two rooms during my stay. After a trip to the forest, I received a new room. Both rooms were very spacious. The second room (3rd floor) was even bigger than the first one (2nd floor). The room on the 2nd floor could use some minor updates.

The smell in the hallway was noticeable at times, as it occasionally smelled like cigarette smoke. I noticed that the personnel were smoking in the parking lot—perhaps there is a ventilation shaft or something nearby causing the smell to spread?

I think they need to inform visitors in advance of the following: 1. The hotel doesn't accept Master Card 2. US Currency is only accepted if its flawless. No minor rips, pen marks or marker marks. 3. Most Businesses DO NOT ACCEPT international Credit or Debit Cards 4. You cannot get cash from most ATMs with International Credit Cards or Debit Cards 5. When you pay merchants in US they won't give you change in US DOLLARS

The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to most attractions. It was clean and room had decent size. The personnel was kind, especially Rosado at the reception - always smiling, always helpful.

I stayed at the hotel at weekdays and got a quiet room in a faraway corner of the hotel, so I did not hear the casino, but was still woken up by guests every night who returned from playing at late hours and were very loud in the corridor.

The location is very convenient. The property has it's own restaurants, pool and casino. Price was great

After coming off of back to back country visits and an early flight into Suriname, the hotel seems not too accommodating to guests checking in earlier than the standard check in time, even though I offered to pay extra. I was told, I should have booked the day before in order to secure the early check-in. After waiting a while, we were allowed to check in 1 hour before the standard check in time. it truly can just be my experience with this, not saying every guest gets the same experience

Breakfast was fantastic - loads of fresh fruits, a chef to make fresh eggs any way you wanted, lots of variety and you can sit inside or outside by the pool.

The casino on ground floor takes any cosy feeling away but the pool and deck area upstairs really makes up for it. Really quiet room and service was superb.

The room was clean , quiet, spacious and had a nice modern bathroom. The rooftop bar has a great view. A good variety of food at the buffet breakfast. Location is perfect, with main sights, bars and restaurants all very close. Staff were professional.

The airport pick up that I arranged through the hotel (and reminded them on the day of the flight) didn’t turn up.

It is hard to find some rooms because of the location of the numbers. You would think that Room 305 would be next to Room 306. No no. Not so. Also the restaurant was way too cold for comfortable dining.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the dining room very courteous and helpful. I was completely satisfied.

The directions to get to the room could be improved. On my first day I found myself going around in a circle looking for my room. The security in the casino could be a little more polite

Can’t say I didn’t like anything. It was okay for me for the short time I was there. If however I had to share the room with someone else it would have been a little small
