The restaurants served great food overall, the waitresses in particular Kiran at the Pool Terrace was very attentive & courteous. The gym was clean and well -maintained. The jacuzzi was very relaxing , the entire Wellness area is very relaxing and is a top asset of the resort .

On arrival, there was an issue with the booking where breakfast was not included in the reservation, but we had called before to clarify if we would be entitled to it and were told yes. So the receptionist insisted that we were not entitled to breakfast although someone had said yes. The entire office came to the desk and were discussing in Dutch which we could not understand. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with this situation and we offered to pay a difference in the rate to match the rate they had for inclusion of breakfast. We were told that we would have to pay a daily rate , as visitors to the hotel do....25 US each if we wanted to have the breakfast option

Like the hotel pool area, it is always with good ambient. The staff is really good making you feel like a second home. Special regard to Christal. I had a new renovated room, it was really good and comfortable.

Elevators need to be renovated; the elevator bottoms, floor level and room numbers don't match.

Great location. Pool area and restaurant were beautiful. Ambience was great. Breakfast had tons of variety!

The bathroom inside the room was dirty and moldy. The service at the restaurant was so slow, we waited 1.5 hours for our food and had to leave without eating because we had a meeting to attend to. No amends were made. Highly disappointed.

My family and I loved everything about the resort. The decor, the warmth and ambiance of the environment, friendly and well trained staff all made our stay enjoyable. I loved the health and wellness features.

The size of the room could have been bigger for a family.

The pool and the Wellness area were amazing. The access to the facilities of the other hotels was always cool!

Long check-in time at 4 am in the morning. Not good. The guest is exhausted and should be given instant or fast access to their room.

Fantastic staff, great value for money, and comfortable room. Food and drink were excellent (and excellently priced!) and it was a great place to work and to enjoy some down-time as well.

The location, the ambiance, the staff was fantastic. The area was in th heart of the main area and was easy to get around from there.

The hotel is undergoing construction so some areas were closed off. However, this was not a major inconvenience.

Prime location, very nice staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Recommend to renovate the reception of the hotel, really needs an upgrade as it is the first impression of the hotel.
