The resort is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't serve much justice. There's this particular staff by the name of Petronella she's golden ✨️ 💛. JACANA 100 POINTS. 💯

I didn't like the fact that until we got there, then utility and 10% other charges were added to the cost. Until now, i haven't figured out what exactly were considered other charges since I was charged the same thing every time I ordered at the bar and asked that it be sent to my room.

Our stay was good very relaxing 😌

If you bought food and want to eat it at the pool side then forget about it because if you haven't purchased it from Jacana restaurant then you have to take it to your room. This is really outrageous and the enitre family was so disappointed because we just wanted to chill at the poolside and eat.

rooms close to the road is very noisy!! and it is not a cheap resort!!!! Breakfast was terrible and the bar in restaurant closes to early especially in the weekend! because of the location it would be nice if you can stay ( spent money in hotel) at the bar enjoying the scenery and music

The place is a jungle in the city. Well-appointed rooms and exquisite architecture/layout. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Due to the layout, I think more signage on where the rooms are would be helpful. As it is not in use, the new building at the back should be signaled. Credit cards accepted are visa and mastercard.

Very beautiful decor, with unique bamboo and small trees re-creating the amazon vibe. The pool is 10/10

Early check-in is charged per hour, and there was misunderstanding at checkin which the manager had to intervene, all was sorted within minutes.

Rooms are outdated. An upgrade is much needed
