The hotel and its modern facilities are setting an excellent standard for accommodation and accompanying service in Paramaribo. Definitely ushering in a new era of development of the city. I don't want to stay anywhere else but Yogh on my next visit to Paramaribo. Overall, the experience feels curated and is centered on the comfort and convenience for the guest. The bar and restaurant at the pool is very good; food, drinks and service are 100% on point. The gym is very well put together and the equipment in tune with what you see in modern gyms and exceeds what one tends to see in other hotel gyms. Overall I was very happy to stay there and I will definitely be going back.

Although the items on offer for breakfast were standard i.e., a cold selection, hot selection (including a soup), omelette station, juices and breads etc., I felt there was something missing. The food was not bad but it was a little underwhelming and not reflecting the price. I think the breakfast would perhaps benefit from a better selection of meats and infusion of more local influence.

Is was beautiful ans clean. The pooldeck was beautiful als a perfect place to relax. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom very clean and nice. The staff was very nice. They helpt us with our bags to our room.

The only little thing I found odd was that you had to pay on the spot every time you did or orderd something. I just expected to get the bill at check out.

Breakfast was good, but they need to offer more freshly cut fruit and also yogurt. Dinner at restaurant was actually very good, much better than expected.

I reserved and prepaid for a car to take me to the airport at 3:30 am and it was 35' late. Added stress to my trip.

improvement: Kingbed room: the light on the mirror in the batroom causes to much light in the night. Espacially because of the milk glass window (it acts ass a big light screen in dark).

Very well run hotel in the city centre. Amazing rooftop pool with bar and good restaurant, friendly staff, decently equipped rooms, tasty breakfast.

The pool shouldn't have to close at seven in the evening. We were slightly touched by the repeated warning that we shouldn't swim anymore...
