I do not usually write reviews, but the staff at this hotel were really exceptional. They made me incredibly welcome and were extremely accommodating. I arrived very early and they found me a room immediately, allowing me to have a much-needed rest after a very early flight. The rooms were compact but perfect for one person. The breakfast was really lovely and I very much enjoyed the meal I had in the restaurant one evening. I was in Upsala for a conference and this really was a perfect place to stay and I would heartily recommend it to others.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I thought was bad. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was good. The staff were very friendly. Not everyone is that kind to someone like me, an Asian. They had very bright expressions and treated me with joy. I am very grateful for that. I am leaving with a good impression of Sweden.

There was only one thing I was disappointed with. It was a bit cold for me, and I couldn’t find a way to make it warmer.

The restaurant was great. I will surely re-visit your hotel.

Maybe a slightly larger menu if people wants to eat there more than 3-4 days. At least with starters and/or desserts. The bed was not made between Sunday and Monday. No cleaning made Monday to Tuesday (requested by me, but bed was not made either) Tuesday to Wednesday, the same towel that i left on the floor, was put back on the floor. It did not bother me, but other guests might be more picky.

The location is in the city centre, close to a shopping mall with an ICA grocery store. The rooms are of a decent size and comfort. The breakfast is great: the selection, quality and variety of offers are excellent. One small shadow is that scrabbled eggs seem to be made from powdered eggs, not fresh ones. But you can opt instead for hard or soft-boiled real eggs.

Daily room service might be more thorough. The underground parking is common with the shopping mall with direct access to the hotel. Not ideal late night, when it gets a bit spooky when you are on your own.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many many healthy choice. I loved the ginger shots and mini kiwi and mango smoothies. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable; better than my home bed. I could easily walk to the Uppsala University where the conference was held. Greater restaurants and many stores nearby. Train station is in walking distance.

The water from the shower seeped out onto the bathroom floor.

The room was small but felt luxurious. The curtains actually kept out the light and the bed was very comfortable . The very large pillow so that you could sit up in bed was a nice touch . The hotel was very close to the main centre of town. Breakfast had a good selection , was open late and there was lots of room.

The hotel is a little bit far by foot from the central station . The music in the breakfast room was a little too loud. The spa and pool were closed when I visited (31st July )

Excellent location and breakfast options, although there was very no real change to the buffet food on offer while we were there, i.e. just different fruit or a couple of new mini-pastries.

The cleaning staff did not clean our on the day after our arrival (we put the designated door handle thingy before leaving our room at 10 am, we returned after 5 pm). The room was very warm and, due to safety reasons, the many windows would open only just enough to let in a little bit of air. AC did not work when we tried to switch it on. To be fair, we were on the 5th floor and we did not expect to fin 23-25 degree sin May...

Great location for exploring Uppsala. Close to the centre but bedrooms were quiet. We arrived by car and it was an easy drive in. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. High quality buffet breakfast with a lot of choice.

The car parking (in a public carpark) is conveniently located under the hotel but quite high price.

Really great location : lovely staff : FANTASTIC breakfast : lovely bathroom products: bikes available to use was a nice bonus and really good gym facilities.

We had a small double which was fine but the duvet was tiny ! (Too small for a couple). We were missing a hairdryer but received one within two minutes of asking. I booked three rooms - two of which were made up after our first night but one only had bins emptied but bed unmade - thought this was strange.

The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious feel. Unfortunately, the bathroom door felt very out of place - it had broken splinters and lacked sturdiness. Additionally, the shower scraper was of very poor quality, and the entire bathroom ended up soaked after each use and no way of drying it.
