The online and in person check-in and the express check-out are very pleasant. Staff were nice and informative.

The room soundproofing was not good. I believe that if I stayed more than one night, it would have been a problem. There was some bad odor in the bathroom and on the towel, it would be better if you check. From the facility photos, I expected single-use slippers to accompany the towel.

The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. The rooms were cosy and the beds were pretty comfortable, even the rollaway bed, which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was nice.

Although the room service was going to come after the end of our stay (which was stated in the bathroom), it would be nice to have bigger trash can, or some place to get rid of the trash.

I liked that the breakfast was good and the willingness of the staff to help at any of my questions and to help with keeping the luggage more so that I could do my jobs in the centre and come later to take them. I also liked how clean the toilets were.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were very small, but it seems that this is the rule in this country. Apart from that, the fact that toilets are shared are an issue but the people were few, so they usually were empty

There were tasty breakfast, the staff are polite, there are convenient process to get in your apartment if you arrive later. Clean in the room.

When I was looking a room for 4 persons , 2 adults and 2 grown up children, this was offered to me. But there wasn't additional bed, there were only 3 beds, and there weren't enough space to lay, the bed wasn't enough wide . It was extremely inconvenient and I had a backache.

Centralised bathrooms were spacious and never in overuse. Good showers. Breakfast excellent, although sometimes crowded with most of the guests participating in the same event that week. Wifi top notch. Room fine for single guest.

Although a double bed, in my budget room there was only one side to access it. Really only a single room size for any stay for more than one night.

the room without window had also no air condition or something to give air exchange. there was only one lady who had to do the check out and take care of the breakfast for around 30people therefore the breakfast was not fully filled with everything

It is perfect to stay if your purpose is shopping or stay over night for a long journey. Breakfast is rich and descent. Super location for car trip.
