I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

The design of the hotel is very cool. Rooms and public spaces. I loved how the giant living room gathered loads of creatives and is great people watching. The view from my room I could have stared at all day.

When having breakfast the later you go the less food there is at the buffet. They don’t tend to refresh the food so some days there was no eggs or bread or croissants to eat and left with the scraps. But go early and it’s plentiful and delish!

The location is superb! Very cool hotel that is kept very clean and contemporary. Very well thought through with ski rooms downstairs and a public shower that can be used after the last day of snowboarding when u have already checked out. Good parking facilities close by in a garage.

Too all-in on woke veganism. Imposing on others to just accept the vegan lifestyle. Showed a boring "inclusive" snowboard movie Saturday night with small ladies cautiously free riding in Laax. But otherwise I enjoyed the stay very much.

very delicious, local and healthy breakfast. Lots of yummy options. the room was very romantic with fantastic view. everything was well organized, very comfortable and practical. There was lots of storage room. the common area downstairs are combined with bar, very cozy and the stuff was extremely polite and helpful.

Great minimalistic design Fantastic ambience which attracts a varied, multicultural young crowd. Many opportunities to spend quality and fun leisure time with young people from all corners of the world. Very good food. Location super close to the slopes. Friendly and helpfull personell.

Rooms are quite small. Really expensive for a 3 star hotel, but then again, is anything in Switzerland not overpriced? ;-)

Very modern, stylish!

There was no sauna/spa, which is of course nice after a long skiing day, but there was just one in a neighbouring hotel by 2 min walk.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the hotel in a very cozy room. We loved the contemporary interior design and the whole eco-concept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But the best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. We had an amazing vegetarian dinner. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was also a nice surprise - not to compare with standard hotel breakfasts.

Room equipment could be better but in general no complaints.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing. We love the lounge where you can relax after a day of skiing. Music and drinks are awesome. Rooms are very practical. Family rooms even if compact are sufficient for a 2-3 days.

It gets quite hot during the night and we haven't found a way to regulate the temperature other than to open a window. Just a word of context - we prefer to keep our bedrooms rather on a cooler side (19-20 degrees).

Breakfast was good quality, staff were great and rooms were quiet. Comfortable bed. Relaxed, family friendly atmosphere
