We enjoyed the Junior suite that we booked, with the space and size of the bathroom. The friendly reception as always as we have stayed in this hotel numerous times on our way back to Hong Kong. Very convenient with our rental car and almost next to the airport.

We were looking forward to a nice meal at the Manu restaurant for my wife's birthday, but for some reason it did not open up the day we were there without any prior notice! Had to look around for another place to eat, which was disappointing.

Good location for business trips, with free parking which is a big plus in the region. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is firm but was still comfortable. The area is quiet, literally no noise during the night. Facilities look new, recently renewed probably.

Cleaning could be a bit better.. 2 out of 4 towels has hair in them, which weren't ours. There's a coffee machine in the room but it was a bit dusty, I had to clean it before use. There are only two very think pillows in the room, maybe it could be useful to have two additional available in the room.

Our stay at the hotel for 3 nights was overall enjoyable due to the exceptional facilities, services provided , room space and staff courtsey.

However, we were slightly disappointed by the quality of the breakfast offered. Despite this, we were able to appreciate and take advantage of the other amenities, services and proximity to public transport available during our stay which enhanced overall experience of the stay...

I asked for parking. I received a message, on booking, with stater parking spot will be reserved for me. I arrived at the hotel and non parking was available. At the desk they said to me" we cannot do anything if parking is full". I understand this, but why say parking spot will be reserved for me?

A very relaxing time I had here. Very comfortable. No perfume in the sheets or in the room (i am allergic and can't stand most perfumes) Great parking at the hotel. Had a chat with the cook... it was cool

Location wise... there is nothing really much going on in the surroundings. Well, except brothels and some low end caffee... but I was looking for something else.. and you need to go to the city for that, which is cumbersome, as you have to take the car or the bus...

The parking was fine. In Europe, particularly inner cities, parking can be a real headache, but they have their own lot, and it wasn't a problem. They have an excellent restaurant, reasonably priced, and the food was wonderful. The room had AC, not a given in Europe, which really made our stay comfortable. Plenty of plugs and charging stations, chairs, a desk and a table, and the cleanliness was immaculate.

The only thing I didn't like was accessibility of the hotel itself. The streets in the area are a nightmare, and the place is super hard to get into and out of. If you make a wrong turn, you're looking at miles of U-turns and maneuvering to get another crack at it. It really inhibited the desire to go find a restaurant.

The welcoming staff was very friendly and very quick and efficient. Location is excellent if you have a rental car to return the following day, before flying out of Kloten. Car park is also very convenient

We were looking forward to a nice dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, as per previous experiences, but unfortunately it was "Ruhetag" for the restaurant.

If you want to stay near Zurich during your trip , you can't find better place. 20 minutes by car to Zurich city center, without traffic, beautiful and large room, great parking, easy access to the highway, clean. It was definitely above our expectations. Even if you want to stay in Zurich for longer - you can consider this place as it has really great access to city center and you pay much less than there, with having great accommodation. It is "just" a hotel - so if you are looking for fancy features, pools, great lobby bar etc - then look somewhere else, but if you need to sleep well, with fantastic conditions - then you have found your place :)

absolutely nothing to complain about

It was very clean, great parking 😍 Easy access, lots of restaurants around, close to Zurich 😍 There was a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room.

It wasn't really a bad thing, the pillows were a bit short and soft, I asked the hotel staff for extra pillows.Problem solved👌🏻

The breakfast had enough choice to get by with . The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . Aswe had no luggage or belongings we were given a toothbrush and loaned telephone cables for our mobiles

I would have liked some tomatoes or beans to go with the cooked breakfast but other than that no complaints
