We stayed at this hotel during a conference and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a productive and relaxing stay. The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to the conference venue. The amenities, including a well-equipped lobby and delicious meals, added to the comfort. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

The property offered what you expect from IBIS. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The location is also convenient. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The breakfast was also good. Over all it is a good value for money option.

We stayed in June and it was a bit hot in the room. The AC does not seem to work even if you turn the temperature to the minimum.

The location was perfect for the railway station and the city of Winterthur. Our room was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was ideal. Breakfast had a good selection of items and staff were helpful. A late check-out of 12 was also really great for us!

Tea making facilities in the room would have been useful. The mattresses are quite thin, but fine for a couple of nights stay.

A step up from economy and very small room, but it was perfect for what we needed. We were arriving in the city after flying from the US, and needed a quick shower before meeting family for the evening. We were departing early the following morning. The beds were comfortable with soft linens, and the bathroom was functional and very clean. The breakfast included was excellent - many of our traditional Swiss favorites. The value for the room and experience was also excellent.

There was nothing we would change. We knew what we needed, the hotel description and photos were accurate, and we were very pleased with this stay.

Nothing really pricing is high with respect to the standard, but nothing an usual for the city

what I like about Ibis is that you always know what you're getting for the (low) price. Very, very small room, but clean and modern, friendly staff, good essential breakfast and decent position. Not ideal for a long stay maybe, but for a few days it's perfect.

Not really a negative, but just for info: Parking is 8 chf a day, not unusual but good to know, I missed that information when I booked.
